The staff who banned me was too pussy to put his name in the ban message. I should probably start from the beginning. I was just playing on the server as usual, when I noticed a cool looking platform that was connected to a building (the building to the left of the pd). So, being the curious person that I am, I went to investigate. Now, I should preface this part by saying, the building looked completely uninhabited. The doors were wide open, the windows were open. So I naturally assumed that it was just an empty building. When I attempted to get to the upper level of the building, another player was blocking me. I just assumed that he was just a random guy trying to be funny, so I gave him a warning and some time to get out of the way. He didn't move out of the way so I killed him. I had NO idea that the base belonged to him. Anyone would naturally assume that the base was just unowned due to the look of it. So, I advanced to he next floor, and noticed the only way to the platform previously mentioned was through the window. So, I spawned in a prop and stood on it to see what was up there. Yes, I know I prop climbed, but this was LATE at night and was tired. I just wanted to have my curiosty satisfied, then go to bed. But then I get teleported and jailed by this jerk of a staff member. He would interupt me when I was arguing to defend my self, jumping to consclusions (more on that later), and accussing me of lying in a sit (even though he was just being unreasonable and not understanding what i mean). I tried to explain to him the full truth and nothing BUT the truth, but starts acting like more of a douche. The person who I killed also stepped in saying that he got it on recording, and the staff member said he saw it. (Which I think is total B.S because it would take much longer than what it took to Cut the part of the video, Render the video, then send it to the staff member). When I was calling him out on not letting me defend my self, I kid you not, he said this. "Oh, so you killed him because you were defending yourself?" in a sarcastic tone. That was the point where I was loosing my shit. I told him that he is forcing words into my mouth and taking everything out of context. He then bans me for the reasons listed above. Psychopathic Posted February 25, 2017 Share Posted February 25, 2017 It was me, and Angel of Sin. I watched you spawn your own props prop climb into the preachers base and Angel saw you kill him. You then lied about it to both of us. You kept saying you didn't spawn your own prop, and that you were able to freely jump into the base. (btw, I was literally standing behind you during this) We tried to listen, but you continued to say the same things over and over again, without adding anything to your arguement. I admitted that I DID put the prop down (to get on the platform). I was saying that i didn't prop climb to get into the building itself (because I though that is what you were implying at first). Also, you banned me mid sentence while I was still defending myself. Doesn't seem like you were trying to listen. Psychopathic Posted February 25, 2017 Share Posted February 25, 2017 At first you said you were freely able to jump into the base, he had a skybase so I took that as referencing the skybase. If you were referencing the building then yes, this was my bad. But I will say that you kept saying the same things over and over again, without adding to your story. When asked why you propclimbed you kept saying no no no no thats not it the front was open and we couldnt get anything more from you. So we talked amongst each other and concluded an 8 hour ban was an acceptable punishment for what had happened. You walked in (he was standing in the doorway to go upstairs) you walked up to him... said "move fuckface" then killed him... this isn't any kind of proper warn/time. He was attempting to reply when you downed him. I will say I was wrong about the times of things (I thought you first propclimbed into his base, then killed him) but either way. After seeing the video I believe it is RDM, then propclimbing into the base and lying about giving him a warning I believe it was still a fair punishment for this. AngelOfSin Posted February 25, 2017 Share Posted February 25, 2017 I completely agree with ensi, and ontop of that you weren't actually defending yourself against the accusations as much as you were yelling at me about how you just want to get back to playing the game. I didn't put any words into your mouth I was just telling you what I heard you say which was "I didn't prop climb any where" which you turned around and said you did prop climb to get ontop of his skybase. I am sorry you felt that my ban was unreasonable and that I was being unfair but you did try lying to me and you did RDM a player. And the only reason you got banned mid sentence was because I had already hit the ulx ban button as you started speaking.
