Who are you reporting? (Their name and profile): Obsidian (The Trial staff) I cant get his steam because he logged off after the incident.

Reasons why you are reporting: I was witnessing the trial staff "Loud Lad" being rdmed multiple times while in a sit near spawn, I noticed that obsidian was just up the road watching it all happen without helping. After LoudLad dealt with the situation and all of them were jailed, Obsidian decided then to run up and scream "ahhh someones in trouble"

He then logged of the server shortly after.

Evidence: I dont have evidence of this, the reason i posted is mainly a strong suggestion to look out for him, as to my understanding he paid for T-Mod.

I saw someone jailed by him but he was nowhere to be found. Only Dan was there, and he had no idea what to do. So I got Obsidian to come to me and told him to deal with the sit and not have others do it for him. He's clueless as to what being staff means.

He...jailed someone and left them for someone else to deal with...? ._.

He's never done anything like this in front of me.

That being said there have been multiple times where I was taking sit after sit where I had to spam @chat saying "take some fucking sits!" Plus players specifically asking for different admins to handle sits because "he doesn't know how to handle the job."

That is also part of being a T-mod though..its to learn how to handle odd sits.

Listen guys...

Even though, he is a PAID Trial moderator, I decided to go over everything with him.

I showed Obisidian all the ULX bind, went over the moderator guidelines with him, and also went over how the ulx commands work....

I also told him, if he has any questions on how to handle a certain situation properly, I told him, "To ask other staff members, if you have any questions."

I also told him, if you want to spectate myself to see how sits are properly done, then go right ahead...

Maybe he just needs training and time to grow into the position. Didn't he just become tmod?

So.... I think the training process is done and he has been t-mod for at least a week now...
