Their Steam Name: Cursed Their ingame name: CursedTCS Their SteamID: STEAM_0:0:75613097 Reasons why you are reporting: I was playing as a cop and I watch Momo_Zero blow up the PD door and pull out a gun so as a cop I went to go handcuff him or blowing up the PD door and gun out. While doing that I say Neko also pulled a gun so before fining Momo I quickly cuffed Neko it wasnt until after I was done fining Momo that i realized Neko had switched to a medkit right after his gun, so once i had fined Momo I uncuffed Neko. Instead of Momo paying or not paying his fine he yelled for someone to kill him. CursedTCS was in the PD the entire time as a doge. After Momo yelled kill me a few times CursedTCS pulled out a brick and hit Momo with it once not killing him, then CursedTCS adverted counter and killed me with the brick. CursedTCS was not involved in the situation. It was not until after that i realized he adverted "STOP" once in chat before that but he had done it when I was fining Momo so my screen was blurred and I could not see it. Even though CursedTCS has a mic he did not use it to get involved or tell me to stop it was only after he killed me that he started using his mic. When i tried to talk to CursedTCS about him not getting involved in the situation he told me "don't talk to me or invovle urself in my stuff" I then asked neko if he could talk to CursedTCS about it and CursedTCS refused to listen to Neko also form my understanding. CursedTCS has been breaking many rules and refuses to talk to anyone about them. From my point of view he believes he is better then everyone else. CursedTCS refuses to cooperate with me, and from what I can tell other staff, he breaks rules, and nothing happens. I am past the point of wanting him to accept his mistakes and we can move on. In CursedTCS's works " i'm never wrong". He makes up lying about the situation when neko tries to talk to him, lies like "he was my owner", "he cuffed me then uncuffed me". Once again I ask him if we can just talk about it and for him to stop lying and making excuses, and he responds with "just leave me alone". In my option CursedTCS makes more enemies than friends and although I know he helps a lot of people, he also breaks those same rules he warns and bans people for. I did message you if you wanted to talk about it... you did not respond.. i did advert 2 things in advert and maybe some stuff in mic that did get me involved sense i was a dog and they were my friends. But honestly please just leave me alone kraken.. it is becoming an on going issue with you trying to get in my business... And i'm really getting tired of it. So if you may please just leave me alone haha.. you try to act like you are a higher rank then me and like you are my owner " my job is to make sure you don't rdm or break rules " you even messaged neko if he would make me listen to you.. But frankly i don't want to talk to you but you continue to involve urself in everything that i do lol. That are just some of the people that i talk to almost EVERY day... To be honest i think you should stop being childish and just leave me alone,... I'm on the server to have fun and make sure it is safe for everyone and have fun with people. I'm not here so you can watch over me and act like you are better then me Etc... I have not had major problems like this with any other staff member before and frankly its getting kind of old. Fourth lie ~ I didn't ask Neko to make you listen I asked him if he could talk to you about getting involved before countering since you did not listen to me. Fifth lie ~ The biggest lie of all "I don't break rules" Sixth lie ~ You have said you think you are better then everyone else and many people have said the same about you. I told you to have a goodnight because you are the one being childish if you would just talk to me in game we could sort this out but instead you turn to telling me to shut up and leave you alone, When zesh brought us to a sit because of the last report I made about you you didn't even listen you just talked in @ chat the whole time and kept saying sorry I'm back now, at the end i told you all i wanted was for you to accept your mistake and say your sorry, and you couldn't even do that you just went ok sure. Then later called zesh a terrible mod who doesn't know what he was doing. I'm really don't want to get involved, but when you talk about everything you make it seem like you are always right and whoever you are talking about is always wrong. If you want to talk about lies, this might be a bit off topic, but I think I should still mention as it could help show what kind of person you really are. Yesterday, I was asking you about the glitched weapon you had, and you kept saying "it's just a .357" and other thing similar to that line of speech. At first I believed you, because I was thinking a tmod wouldn't be lying, but then when your 2 buddies on your class walk in the pd and kill 6 people with one shot(including me), it really made me rethink and reevaluate who you really were and how you act. I think what I just said proves that you are very immature, because when I killed a cop with one of my guns after all of this happened, you proceeded to say in OOC "damn govector that gun is op I'm gonna pm sugar and get it nerfed". This even further shows your immaturity and how you handle things. I was just bringing this up to possibly speed up/help with the situation that is currently in place. Also, to add, I did PM sugar about the weapon and he said he will fix it, which confirms you were lying to me and many others asking about the weapon. I never said I was offended, and it's not really a joke when I'm a juggernaut and the gun one shots me. You are lying again be saying "it does little to no damage" but yet it one hit me while I was a juggernaut. Again, I wouldn't describe a joke as killing 6 + people in the pd with two shots of the weapon while I'm buying armor. The gun was literally called "Scripted Weapon". The reason I brought it up as I said is to possibly speed up the process of this report because it might help show if you could be lying in this report as well. Because that would kind of bring the counter rule back to where it was before. I thought sugar said you had to get personally involved, like "stop arresting my friend you pig or you die." I didn't see any warning involving the situation in text or voice chat. Edit: Wasn't neko uncuffed anyway? What exactly was countered? "Which brings me to my next point How do you get involved and that answer is a lot more simpler than you think, you just RP it out. This is a RP server at it's core and it's not very RP like when you can just "counter" something. What do I mean by that? Let me explain If Billy Bob is getting mugged and I like Billy Bob as a friend, I am going to go up to the mugger and say "Stop mugging him douchebag, he is my friend". Then when the mugger takes that as a threat and fires back at you, it gives you full rights to engage and attack him too. That's getting yourself involved. Cop is fining your friend? Go up to the cop and say "Hey let him go, he did nothing wrong".
