Why were you banned?: I was banned for LTAP and rdm but it was a huge misunderstanding i mugged a guy and he didnt pay so i killed him then later i left spawn and in the tunnel i almost got knocked out so i killed that guy but i was darth vader and my saber was double ended so it was crossfire and i even said sorry it was crossfire then in the sit my computer crashed and when i tried to join back to tell them the rest i was banned.Why should you be unbanned?:

I think i should be unbanned because its a huge misunderstanding i tried to join back to tell admin the rest and i see i get 2 day ban with ltap and rdm. I just got back and wanted to play on fav server and  i get banned for 2 days.

I was the one that banned you, so let me explain what I did and why I did. (Player X = Forgot the name of the player)

 

 

A guy name (Player X) reported DarkRanger for RDM in the admin chat.  I was the one who claimed the sit and brought both (Player X) and DarkRanger to an area and I let each of them explain the situation.  DarkRanger told me exactly what he wrote in the "Why were you banned" and (Player x) told me that he didn't mug him and that it wasn't cross-fire.  (Player X)  told me that Harley Guardian saw the whole thing, but I guess after the 2nd kill (Player x) was really mad, so he called rdm.  I asked Harley, "Can I borrow you for a second?" He said, "Sure." Sooooo, He goes to me and basically told the story from (Player X's) point of view.  He also told me that he looked through chat logs and didn't see the mug during the time of the first killing.  After that I told him, " That is all I need, thank you and you can return yourself."

 

What I did was first look at the Kill logs, to track down the time DarkRanger Killed Player X, so that I could find that time in the chat log ->This makes life 10x easier.  What I found out was that he never mugged the player x before the killing of Player x, but he did say after the killing that he mugged him.  In my conclusion, He might have thought he mugged a person, but according to the logs.... I didn't see any mugging log towards player x.  Then when it came towards the cross-fire kill, I can't do a word vs. Word battle, so I decided to drop that case, unless proof is given.  He ended up disconnecting during the time I was checking, so I gave him a good 5 minutes.  He never connected in that time, so I banned him for LTAP and RDM.  I only banned him for 2 days because I thought maybe his internet or something came up and he had to leave, but I had to follow rules.

 

In my opinion, he should be unbanned and should be warned for this.  Also, I would show you guys pictures of the DLogs, but I don't want to go track them down again.
