Perma banned misunderstood event

a while back some guys really fucked with my acc and now its got all kinds of lua and bugs and shit

 

Doesn't that sound like an "issue" he's dealt with for a while and hasn't fixed for whatever reason? Probably due to the whole "I can see through textures" bit, it was not a one time thing of this happening according to him. This happened one day and he just rolled with it, he did mention he attempted to fix it at one point but gave up, couldn't possibly figure out why someone would not fix textures in a game -.-

I can see how he was exploiting, but it would be nice to let him clarify that it was a game issue and not a Third Party program before PERMANENTLY banning him. Jumping the gun on these issues causes more issues. He's fixed the issue (if what he says is true) and just wants to play. I'm sure he learned his lesson.

 

And "filibuster" is defined as "an action such as a prolonged speech that obstructs progress in a legislative assembly while not technically contravening the required procedures". Since we are not really voting in a Congressional or a Parliamentary setting, I believe you may have misused the term "filibuster".

 

Yea, I could sit here and say "Prove you weren't hacking as moderator's words are taken at higher face value than players" then we would be at a stand still until someone decides

I guess you were one of the people who didn't read the previous thread (which I linked stating "for the lazy")  but he was banned for exploiting.

 

Also, wouldn't doing something to duplicate money be considered an exploit? Last I checked we just banned people permanently for doing just that, who woulda thought that we permanently ban people for exploiting?

Exactly I'm not hacking it was an exploit therefore my ban should be removed perma ban is a bit much buddy and you really need to chill out and stop being so high strung you act like I ddosd the server or had wall hacks and mass rdm'd everyone yet all I did was look through a one way prop this is ridiculous everyone agrees with me that I should be unbanned over something as stupid as this. Democracy wins so unless you are the owner this isn't your call on my thread or my ban.

Now, one of the biggest reasons that this player was banned and on top of that the call was made was because of him counting the exact number of entities inside the base. He claims "I can see through one way props" well all of the entities were in the back room. Look at the pictures again and tell me how much of that room he can see, through those windows. The entities were across all 4 of the walls, who wants to be able to describe how he could count all of the residing 3-5 player's entities. This was also the day Shadoe was caught using an alt to have an unlimited amount of printers so the walls were stacked, you wanna guess the max number for all of the players under normal circumstances that would be fine. 

 

This situation there was a massive number of prints due to that bug.

First of all I counted the amount of entities in the main room not the back room so let me stop you there mr lier pants second off I was on that ledge on the porch looking through a one way prop against the window not staring through a brick wall you fool.

So once again tyrant continues to say I was looking through a solid wall typical... yet I remember him pulling me off the little ledge I was sitting on and asking me what I was doing..huh aint that funny.. and yet he claims I was staring through a solid brick wall...oh and another thing the entities were all in the main room well atleast the ones I had counted only time I saw the ones in the backroom was when they had opened the door to the backroom and I had caught a slight glance in and seen a couple printers. Tyrant claims that I counted every single one individually...wrong I counted the ones in the main room and made a comment on the ones in the back I did not count them and once again I did all this well sitting on that little ledge on the porch looking through a one way prop not from a solid wall like tyrant claims lmao.

It isn't my place to comment, but one of your pictures VISIBLY shows a large view into the back room. From what I can gather, it was never stated if the door was open or not to the back room. If he could see thru the props, there is a certain angle to see almost the entire back room. The very first picture, you can see into the room. And that is from a very bad angle. Turn your head towards the window and walk towards the door. More of the back room would be revealed. If he was just having a glitch, is it even REALLY exploiting? Unless I misread, and correct me if I did, but he never raided them? All he did was state how many entities they had through an area that could be easily seen into with a glitch making one ways invisible/the right angle. I feel like there is something else going on here, maybe a person vendetta or something, but do not hold this against me as I am merely guessing. The evidence, from my perspective, seems to add up to a simple texture glitch. Even if you consider just naming entities exploiting, then his ban would have been served already. 

 

 

Once the server updates so I can join I'll edit my post and add pictures of the angles I speak of.

Exactly my point billcat he makes it sound like there is no way to see the back room from the window...except there is like you stated a slight glimpse inside the room at the right angle it is very possible and no I did not raid them as I was messing with them because they had been talking lots of trash towards me and you are completely right thanks for the input the more the better <3

You put this spoiler as if its like you've proven me guilty yet I remember saying "One way props" not a prop against any window with texture this being the prop that they had up at the time this event took place was the black gate like prop that everyone uses for building doors,barricades,and walls not just some random prop so nice try ;)
