Some Spy abusing VIP commands/ "ENEMY SPOTTED" mass rda.

Who are you reporting? (Their name and profile): I'm sorry but all I could get at the time of making this was their forum account: https://titsrp.com/member.php?action=profile&uid=1305 (Some Spy) There was also a cop named "ENEMY SPOTTED" but this was simply an in game name and I have no profile or IDs of any kind.

Reasons why you are reporting: We all know how crazy things get at night. It is a time when mass rdmers and trolls wreak havoc on the server. This night, I happened to stay on later. There were some gunfights, many of which I was caught in the crossfire and shot back. For whatever reason, a cop whos ingame name is  "ENEMY SPOTTED" ,  was following me around. He told the chat I had been mass rdming, and attempted to demote me multiple times. This is not true. I had been in a few firefights, and I only admit to killing one person that would be considered rdm (which ended up being a misunderstanding, or a case of mistaken identity). Anyway, he handcuffed me multiple times, spinning me around in circles saying "Admit you are a faggot 11 year old and that you are mass rdming." I refused, and was fined 20,000 for reasons like "fucking retard" or "stupid cunt". This caused me to be jailed for multiple minutes, the better part of half an hour. I attempted demotions multiple times, as the only admin on, cullen, had been afk for hours. He was never demoted. He also tried to demote me. Mind you, I was usually a blood or crip. His demotion reasons were "Faggot, cunt," and those such things. Finally, he relented and ignored me. I stood in spawn talking to a person named chicken minis, who said he would speak to sugar tits about everything that occured. During this, some people were arguing in chat. Things got heated. Out of the blue, some spy begins a vote kick for me for the reason "being a complete faggot (minge and mass rdm)". I was then kicked from the server.

My outcome of this is, if possible, for the "ENEMY SPOTTED" person to be identified and dealt with.

I also hope something is done about "Some Spy". If he cannot handle the vote kick privilege, why should he have it?

Enemy Spotted will be banned for a month for mass flaming, failrp, and police abuse. Some Spy will be spoken to unless Sugar just straight up wants to revoke his vote kick and ban permissions.
