A warrant was placed on you for having drugs which are illegal meaning u can be arrested. Then after you were arrested you immediately came back to the raid and kill me. Staff didnt take my ticket that i made.

You never tried to clarify the situation in Roleplay, you jumped STRAIGHT to votebanning me, and it doesn't matter if they didn't take your ticket, there was still a staff member on, AND it was a fairly minor rule break that I wasn't even aware I was doing. I never saw the Warrant, and I doubt it was valid given we had a roof on our base and I didn't see any K9 with you. Still a false Voteban.

 

Also, you went to the discord to insult me for making forum posts on you, in my opinion, abusing the Voteban system, which isn't a great look.

There was a staff member on at the time of the voteban (Kiezuh) and the rules say that Voteban system shouldn't be used while staff members are on. That alone should invalidate this Voteban.

This was a invalid voteban in the sense that staff were online so it never should have went through, but it might have been justified in the sense that a rule break did happen and staff were unresponsive to sits or unjustified and thus an abuse of the voteban system.

Adding to this, IF I did break this rule, this should've been a Vote*kick* at most in my eyes. One NLR Break is not enough to warrant a Voteban, especially one that contains PTox.

I don’t even think this was NLR given the circumstances that are being presented. Staff were online so they should have cancelled the vote and taken the sit.

I was basing with another player, Gerald, who most likely destroyed the printers, without telling me, so I do apologize for that. As for the Processor, I did destroy that, but far before the raid happened. The logs where I attacked the printer with "inventory_pickup" were done at a time when I wasn't at the base to have destroyed them in the first place (Sadly I can't provide any proof of this, again, I apologize for that, I wasn't aware it was happening due to it being basemates actions, and I wasn't even aware we were being raided, so I didn't think to get any proof of me NOT being the one to do it)
