laced geek bar labbubu
In-Game Name osamabinsmokinopps Your Steam ID STEAM_0:0:76775701 Why were you banned or warned? mrdm nitrp Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? this is what happened from the begining Im a new player on the server and am building my base as casino manager, i get raided with a building sign up and all my props get ghosted while im building, now i am forced to wait around for how ever long for them to come back and i cant remove and repaste it so im stuck waiting around patiently until i can continue building. during my time waiting i am standing on the street, i am kidnapped once waste a bunch of time and decide i should defend myself while i wait so i buy a gun, i kill everyone thats kidnapper or alien role that tries to kidnap me after they try getting behind me and swinging and i also kill someone carrying a person around, then i am arrested for havign my gun out i pay my fine and then get arrested a second time literally 2 seconds after being un arrested and then i vote to demote the guy that arrested me and then he gets demoted reports me for false demoting him and then he gets his buddy to come and find everything else he could to get the longest ban on me, i was never reported for rdm or anything else beside the demote yet have been banned for a week for mrdm and nitrp. i think there is a dynamic/problem in this otherwise great server where the new and low hour/low level players are treated unfairly by people with more playtime and paid for privileges. i admit to not knowing the rule for being toxic and saying bad words but the mdrm and nitrp ban is unjustified. i feel as though if i had a vip tag or paid towards the server in some way the situations at hand would have been more carefully considered and the consequences would be justified and fair please dont push new players away from the server this way i was intending to build my base and enjoy my time on the server peacefully and without the whole story being considered the admin just banned me as fast as possible to convenience him and the one who reported me. im making this appeal because this is my first day playing after being banned for week due to someone falsely reporting me in my first few hours on the server, out of all the dark rp server available this one seems to be the most active and enjoyable but if i am forced to buy a vip rank in order to be respected enough to be treated fairly that is unfortunate Who warned/banned you? tali STEAM_0:0:440894249 How long were you warned or banned for? 1 week Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/25768-false-ban/ Share on other sites

This still doesn't prove that they attempted a kidnap on you, because of there being no damage from it in the logs. Having VIP on here gets you no special treatment. Vip is given out free by players. If your last ban was false, why not appeal it? I still think this is a valid ban and that's why I'm -1 for reduction Edited 17 hours ago by tali clarification on ptox Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/25768-false-ban/#findComment-183722 Share on other sites
kiezuh
given the logs tali has provided it seems the mrdm and ptox is justified. Id like to add that our server is not pay to win or pay to play. Most all of our players grind for what they have, work the market or just gamble alot. paying your hard earned cash wont earn you a privilege around here but playing the game and respecting the rules / players will. -1 for reduction on this ban Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/25768-false-ban/#findComment-183724 Share on other sites

choom
Not only did you MassRDM but followed it with a P-Tox offense. There are also no benefits outside of VIP jobs and a few commands that VIP provides. Having VIP will not make you immune to rules, not to mention what you had said prior. Marock
Yeah I think its obvious its MRDM with the logs and you kinda admitted to it in your reasoning and you made it worse with the ptox -1 for unban/reduction +1 for me giving you vip when you get unbanned Edited 13 hours ago by Marock 1 Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/25768-false-ban/#findComment-183729 Share on other sites
BeeTeeth
hi there, You admit to killing multiple people here but don't really provide anything showing those kills were justified. Being new to the server or feeling like you were treated unfairly doesn't automatically make the MRDM/NITRP ban false. -1 for unban for now Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/25768-false-ban/#findComment-183732 Share on other sites
ChefSoda
The logs show that the people you attacked first and killed did no damage to you. You claim to be brand new but have a ban from 2020 for RDM. You just came off a MRDM ban, so you should know better by now. As for the inappropriate comments you made, that type of banter is not tolerated on this server. I recommend reviewing the rules of the server while you wait out your ban. -1 for appeal appeal/reduction +1 for Marock giving you VIP when you are unbanned Edited 11 hours ago by ChefSoda Link to comment https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/25768-false-ban/#findComment-183734 Share on other sites
