johnathaneldred42 Posted yesterday at 04:00 AM Author Share Posted yesterday at 04:00 AM So about 5 of those were because someone stole my Remote explosive. Sorry about the leaving part my gun textures were all fucked up and not showing so i tried leaving and my whole laptop froze forcing me to restart. Also I know I died more than once in the span of 30 minutes there was this one guy who kept sniping random people which included me multiple times im pretty sure I even made a sit about him but it never got answered. To add on I dont know how I would have killed 13 people in 30 minutes, because I was having a hard time putting in my debit card information to buy a $30 Dr Nefario skin for a CC If you look in discord (General Chat) Right after the server went back up, I was talking to Marock The Marock for some time trying to figure out if the transaction would say Titsrp or Paypal (ended Up being paypal btw) and i was talking to him about my personal life also Never Goon was in this conversation and a few others. Then after all of that I was the Demolitionist and heard money printers and had my Remote Explosive stolen and it killed ~5 people. Then I left because my textures were bugging out and I was tryna fix them, and when I came back I was banned. turfburn
Here are the entire logs I have from you following the ban, I can see that you had killed 6 people with an explosive which could've been the situation you're referencing. However the only raid log you have took place a minute after the "mass rdm." I say it in quotes only because I still am unsure of if this was an accidental mass or purposeful. Also you can see with the logs provided that I saw only one time in which you were killed compared to you killing 13 people within the time frame previously mentioned. Granted each of those instances could've been there own situation involving self-defense or whatever it may be. From hearing your side, and reading through the logs, I'll still remain neutral on my decision until you can provide a little validity towards your innocense. I'm not against lowering this punishment, so long as you're being truthful about it. But when I was backing away from the door so the remote explosive can go BOOM someone used their physics gun and threw my remote explosive into the crowd killing those people. MistaMousey
3 hours ago, johnathaneldred42 said: I will take full responsibility for these I appreciate the honesty on this, being fourth coming can only help you out Firstly, whenever anyone places a bomb, you have to understand that bomb is your responsibility. Without a video clip, or admission from a 3rd party, we have 0 evidence to prove you didnt decide to toss it into the biggest crowd you could find. We just have to put faith in your word without real evidence. With that being said, I personally can look past a one off bomb as people have been known to do said actions. The issue is, you admittedly killed 4 people, this is grounds enough for the week long ban. I will extend a chance to you from my end and side that it may have played out the way you had described, and aswell as the full honesty you gave with the 4 people is commendable. Since you did truly MRDM atleast 4 people, and since you do have some warns for RDM I think you still need some time away, so I"ll vote for a Reduction to a 3D ban Now, on a personal note; if you in the future get banned, don't dm me about it unless i was the direct banning member. I had 0 hand in this ban and its not my decision what happens to said ban I can only vote my decision. I understand you wanted to be able to play, but rules are rules and you admittedly MRDM'd. turfburn
Sorry for my late response times, been at work. Truthfully, I can see you're genuine in your responses and don't want to be perceived incorrectly or as a "minge" for what happened yesterday. Considering you only had one singular report when it appeared that you were massing, I am fine with reducing this to a much shorter ban given the circumstances and will instead treat it as a singular RDM occurence. I can understand if you prefer a warn and be unbanned immediately, but earlier in the night I had given you a warn for RDM and less than a month ago you were hit with a ban for RDM by Kiezuh. It's only natural that I enforce a ban and state that your prior punishments effect this in the ban reason. Considering you've already served a day of your sentence, I am +1 for reducing this to a 2-day ban, bringing the effective ban length to a pretty typical 3-day ban.
