This guide is to serve as a purpose to give you an idea of how to use jobs, items, systems, etc. This will be updated regularly, and if you have any suggestions for me to add on, leave it in the comments. Please note this is an edit off of https://titsrp.com/showthread.php?tid=2317 and it is updated to stay current and up to date. Key- Terms in green = Basic questions/terms Terms in white = Answers Terms in red = Important 1. Basic information/terms How do I pick a job? You can pick a job by pressing F4 on your keyboard, from there you will be brought to the jobs tab. Here you can see a list of 100+ jobs and 21 of them being VIP jobs. Make sure to read the description of the job to see what you can do with the job, and make sure to read the rules of the class beforehand by using !motd or !rules. How can I contact a staff member? If you would like a staff member to help you out in a scenario, open up your chat and use @ to contact them, or go to F4 menu help, and press contact staff. They will take your sit request as soon as possible. Keep in mind your admin calls must be as specific as possible, as there is a 8 character minimum you must reach to submit your sit. How do I privately message other players? You can privately message a player by doing /pm or !p or !pm What is RDM? The term RDM stands for Random Death Match. This is when a player kills another without a valid role-play reason. If you believe you were a victim of RDM, be sure to ask the player FIRST using /ooc why they killed you, and then contact a staff member if it's not a valid reason. How can I get a gun? There is multiple ways to obtaining guns. You can buy one from a gun dealer running a business, you can obtain them winning events, you can spawn with them in your job load out, unbox them, etc. There is plenty of ways to obtain them and you will most likely ALWAYS have a gun with you. What is the Processor? The processor is a machine that you can buy from the F4 menu for $5000. This machine gives random shipments of weapons that range from knives to explosives. You can upgrade it to get better shipments, more guns in the shipments, faster processing, and sound. This can be a good way of making money, especially if you get shipments such as C4 and M4 Howls. The green bar on a processor is the battery, when it depletes it will no longer process shipments, you can refill the battery with Filled Chemical Barrels What is a Harvest Processor? The Harvest Processor is another machine you can buy from the F4 menu for $1500. This machine gives you the ability to turn your unprocessed drugs from tilling zones or from your Plots which are also bought in the F4 menu for $600. This enables you to make even more money for the drugs you make either by making them from Unprocessed Cocaine/Weed/Opium to Processed Cocaine/Weed/Opium. Processed drugs usually sell for 10k each on the open market, but you can also quick sell them at a General Buyer NPC or at the Drug Buyer NPC for 11k+ (This is the route most players go for while doing drugs) Can Cops warrant you for hearing sounds from your base? If they hear printers, it is a VALID reason to warrant and raid. If they ONLY hear Bitminers, they can't warrant because Bitminers are legal by default. To warrant a players base, do /warrant What are Bitminers? Bitminers are money making entities that can be bought in the F4 menu and they are a legal way in producing money. They can be fairly loud, and attract people on the outside to come raid your base. Cops can base with bitminers, and the mayor can use them. Bitminers can be a good source of passive income, as they don't require any background utility, and just produce money passively. Bitminers are 35,000$ so only buy them if you plan on basing with many of them as they are slow. How can I drop money to people? You can do this a couple ways. Do /dropmoney (be very careful while doing this, make sure you're in a place where no one can take it!) Do /give Do /check Do !trade [Person] (input money and update amount after typing in the amount of money you want to give to the person) Why is there purple checkers around the map and big error signs? Type !workshop in game, and paste that link into a web browser, press "Subscribe to all". This should fix any in-server texture issues you have. If you do not have Counter Strike: Source, you will have to either A. Buy the game, or B. Download the textures off of a website. Is VIP really worth the money? If you do plan on staying on the server for some time, it is a good choice to buy it. If you buy VIP, you get some perks such as having access to the Advanced Duplicator 2, Ability to rep users and be repped, Ability to votekick/voteban up to 2 hours (Use when no staff are on or not taking sits), 20+ VIP jobs, 75 MAX prop limit from 50 props, and more. (as of 7/5/20). This can either be purchased with 5 Million dollars in-game, or you can spend $5 in actual money. You also can obtain a VIP token too off of other players, or using 50 redeemed quest coins for a VIP token. This is the cheaper option through and through for newer players. Please note, you're not excluded from the rules just because you have VIP! How do I get a Custom Class (CC)? If you plan on playing on the server for a while, you might want to invest into a Custom Class. To start it off, you can spend 5 million dollars in-game at the Custom Class maker NPC. This will start you off with 1 basic model, and a CC name. If you want to add weapons, it is 10 million per weapon slot. You can buy custom workshop weapons, cost of weapon + 10 mil to add to your CC, or to add the addon in game is done by going to this link here "https://titsrp.com/customcontent/" And it will have you fill in the link to the swep that you want to add with a price which is dependent on size. Once you buy this, you have permissions to it. No one can use it unless you give permission to them to use it on their CC. Please note, you're not excluded from the rules just because you donate! Can I scam people with my CC? RP scamming under $1,000,000 is allowed, but you CANNOT scam using Custom classes. If you scam using custom classes, you can easily get a lengthy ban from the server! How do I add people to my CC? You can go to the CC Editor NPC, navigate to friends, and press a friend slot you wish to assign them to! NOTE: Maximum of 3 player slots, so be weary of who you give a slot to! Can I make my CC be part of the cops? Yes! It will cost 15 million dollars in-game. You can also have your CC be a hitman too! Please note that you cannot undo this action, and your CC will not be reverted from either one of these. 2. Common Abbreviations RDM- Random Death Match ARDM- Attempted Random Death Match AMRDM- Attempted Mass Random Death Match NLR- New Life Rule (don't interact with the same people you died to for reasons from a previous life) LTAP- Leaving to avoid punishment NITRP- No intention to Roleplay FDA- Fading door abuse (Ex. using binded keys to avoid RP during a raid/kidnap/other) KOS- Kill on Sight AOS- Arrest on Sight CC- Custom Class RDA- Random Arrest NLA- Non-Lethal Abuse (Ex. Stunning random people for no random reason, not pursuing an arrest, just doing it for fun) 3. Rules We have a very detailed rules page, and every rule should be followed or you may be punished. Rules: https://titsrp.com/rules These also can be accessed by using !motd or !rules while you're in game. 4. Getting Started In order to roleplay properly, and to make a fun environment for everyone, you must read the rules up above and make sure you understand them. You have a couple options when first starting out, You can become a notorious raider that steals everyone's money from their printers, or you could become a Kidnapper that kidnaps people and forces them to pay in order for them to obtain their freedom. You could be a cop and defend the regular citizens from everyone. There's also a Beginner Battle Pass for you to do and depending on when you join a Battle Pass for you to partake in, doing the Beginner Battle Pass will teach you a LOT of the things found in this guide as well as how to play some of the other jobs that you may partake in. Doing this will help grant you a few things from basic items to a few guns and some cash to play with as well. 5. How can I make money? There is a multitude of ways to make money on TitsRP. Here are some ways you can make money on here. Printers- Buy them in the F4 menu for $3,000 and upgrade them to continuously make more money. Be sure to buy Printer Racks, and Battery Refils for them with upgrades like Failsafes, as they will eventually blow up in which can result in all your money making entities getting destroyed. They're illegal, so if a cop finds out you have them, prepare to defend them. Bitminers- A legal way to make money fast, DO NOT place next to printers, as the explosions in the printers from a warrant raid can destroy your bitminers as well. Processors- Also Illegal way to make money, you can get shipments of goods to either keep, trade with other players, or to sell to the general buyer. Hits- You can have people place hits on other people for $200, you can set the max to $5000 using /hitprice 5000. Complete these hits and earn your money. You DO NOT need to advert "hit accepted" Kidnapping- You can kidnap people and keep give them the option to pay in intervals from $0 - $30,000 or to wait out the 5 minute timer. You will be KOS if caught though! Parcel- You can bring these legal packages to the parcel locations on the map. They are highlighted in green and go to them with your package and earn a random amount of money ranging from $700 - $4000, These are legal. Scamming- This is looked down on in the community, but it can be extremely profitable. You can ONLY scam using roleplay, and you can only scam under $1,000,000. You CANNOT scam by selling slots to your Custom Class! DO NOT expect people to like you if you scam! Becoming a CP/Mayor- Becoming a mayor/CP allows you to gain access to the profits of the PD and to arrest people with fines. Once you give someone their fines for being bad boys it gives you quick cash. As a mayor not only can you do this but you also can give out Paydays, Cop Paydays, Lotteries and Tax the people as well. The PD also gives you money through the lobby by people buying Lotto, Pay your Fine, Armor, or Health. 6. Basing Tips If you're going to having money making entities within your base (printers, bitminers, etc.) you're going to want to make sure you have a strong defense from anyone trying to break in. You will want fading doors (here is a tutorial on how to make them: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oHyt7HR_Ixg), double fading doors ARE ALLOWED. This will make it so you will need a keypad cracker to gain access. Each fading door requires a 5 second timer set on them. You CAN USE one way props (you can see through one side but not through the other) to defend your base. Here is a tutorial on how to do that as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEVl7C0ksrI There must be at least ONE possible entrance to get inside your base. You can use cameras to watch all angles of your base, and be prepared. You can obtain door alarms, one of which rings, and the other rings AND calls the cops. Make sure to not have the one that calls the cops if you have illegal entities inside! If you want to build peacefully, place a building sign out front, be advised however that you CANNOT have any money making entities inside while a building sign is up, as the building sign prevents people from raiding you. This is a warnable offense Your base must be able to be entered by anyone and everyone. You cannot make it so you require a mastersword (a sword that makes you jump really high) to get inside, as this is failbasing. Same goes for using meth hoses to defend your front doors you silly Meth Cooks! If you're unsure if what you're building is allowed, use the MOTD, and ask other players to come check out your base to determine whether or not it is fail. If your base is being raided and you died, DO NOT go back for a maximum of 10 minutes, or until the raid is over (Ask in OOC if unsure) even spectating a raid after dying is considered NLR break, so beware. (see "Common Abbreviations" section). 7. Crafting There are plenty of resources used for crafting: Metal: Mining rocks with a pickaxe near spawn. Iron Ore: Mining rocks with a pickaxe near spawn. (Slightly harder) Gold Ore: Mining rocks with a pickaxe near spawn. (Slightly even harder) Sapphire Ore: Mining rocks with a pickaxe near spawn. (Slightly even harder than before) Diamond Ore: Mining rocks with a pickaxe near spawn. (Hardest of the bunch before this) Strange Gem: Same as above just it is harder to find as it is a rare occurrence. Wood: Chopping trees with a axe these are found scattered around the map such as suburbs and near the church. Rare Oak: Same as above just it is harder to find as it is a rare occurrence. Chemicals: Filling barrels at the chemical hoses most commonly found in suburbs and in warehouse district. Electronics: Found by using loot crates is the most common way to find them, you can also find them by fishing and through processors. Dragon Egg: They are used for Bank Raiding C4, these only spawn randomly once a day. To add a resource to the crafting table you just have to drop it on top of the table. Items that you can craft include: Deployable Shield- A prop that can be used as a barricade (Useful for cover during a raid!) Health Station- A health station for your home! They only last for 20 minutes! Armor Station- An armor station for your home! They only last for 20 minutes! Makeshift Health Injector- Use to instantly heal 25%, useful in firefights! Printer Components Makeshift Timebomb- Homemade C4 House Alarm- When a door is lockpicked it will set off a alarm. If the police version is used it will set off a alarm and have a highlight for the police to follow. Planter Accelerator- Accelerates plant growth 20% Medkit- Heals you or others Craftable Melee weapons do 60 damage. Pot, Pan, Hook, Shovel Sledgehammer- Does 60 damage and breaks down doors if they have no Door Shield. Bank Raiding C4- Lets you raid the Bank for an extended period of time, and get more money intern. There are many others you can earn by completing the Battle Passes as well! 8. Reports As you play TitsRP, you may notice some people breaking rules, or even staff! Not everyone is perfect, but this does not excuse everyone from their mistakes. All actions have consequences, and you may need to report someone. If you need to report someone, you need to post a new thread in this section: https://forums.titsrp.com/forum/16-reports/?do=add Report players here if there are no staff on, and they will be banned. If staff are abusing, they will most likely be demoted. You should NOT report someone if you do not have evidence, as this just creates a 4 page drama thread. Be sure to record your gameplay (you can use OBS, Fraps, Nvidia Shadowplay (most recommended) or Medal (Also the highest current recommended way of recording)) and take screenshots. 9. Ban Appeals If you were banned, and you believe the staff member who banned you was in the wrong, you can make a ban appeal. Sometimes your ban can be shortened, or even unbanned! You need to make sure you have good reasoning, and be patient. It is NOT recommended to make a ban appeal if you were banned for 2 days or less, as by the time you get unbanned, your ban sentence will most likely be finished. If you still feel the staff member is wrong after waiting out your sentence, you can report them (see "Report" section). 10. Community TitsRP is a strong community, with a variety of different personalities. The easiest way to get along with people on TitsRP is to just be yourself. Be sure to be kind to everyone, and be helpful, and soon you will probably be liked! The easiest way to get everyone to hate you is scamming. Even though role play scamming is allowed, this makes you look like a VERY scummy person, and you will most likely be hated with a backup of a negative reputation on the forums! 11. Applying for Staff Do you want to become a staff member? Do you want to help out the community? Do you have the personalities to be dealing with other people who can often times be angry? These are questions you need to ask yourself, if you say "Yes" to all of these, then read further! Being staff on TitsRP is not easy! You have to take care of an 128 player server, and answer to everyone's screams for staff. If you do not respond to these screams, you can be DEMOTED. You can at times become frustrated, and that's how you know its time for a break. Taking this break can prevent you from performing actions you might regret! There are plenty of good benefits to being staff. You make a $4000+2 Suga with each sit you take (within a certain interval max amount is $30000 until it is reset with the timer), you meet and get to know members of the community and you will be appreciated for your contributions to our community. To become staff on here, you will need the attributes to be successful. Here are some mentioned: Confidence Determination Respectful Leadership Teamwork If you have all of these personalities, this will make you a great staff member! You need to be able to listen to everyone's side of the story, and not be biased! Being biased to sits can get you DEMOTED You will need to read the rules, and staff guideline threads in order to not mess up, and understand the rules. Breaking rules yourself can result in DEMOTION You will be denied of staff instantly if you do not have at least 13 hours on the server.
