The entire staff team had a long conversation about if we would consider something like this to be allowed or not.

 

We came to the basic conclusion of that since you didn't provide context to your statement, it is a loophole and is not allowed.

 

Here's a very basic example of what is vs isn't allowed.

is: Hey I heard you were on Epstein's island because you work as a journalist.

Isn't: Hey I know that you and all of your friends were seen on Epstein's island.

 

One provides context to why you " were " there. The other provides no context of anything and can be taken many different ways. Which is why we view it as loopholing.

 

We've decided that this ban is fair for this offense as it could've been a 2w ban based off our guidelines. While not a direct pedo accusation, this would still fall under that same punishment guideline.
