I was banned for MNLR Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I had read the rules and it said I could return to the district to wait until the raid was over. When I did that another one of the members of the raiding party that I had killed had returned and was talking to me whenever I got shot by one of the raiders again. I returned and sniped him back, which in the long run I shouldnt have done. After that every time I returned they were killing me even if I had no weapon out. I wasnt even allowed to speak during the sit because all 4 raiders were there mocking me and talking over me so I couldnt fully explain myself. I misunderstood the rules and thought I was allowed to wait and watch until the raid was over. NOT ALLOWED I won’t vote until Chaior posts slogs & their account of the sit, but going back to the same district where the raid is actively taking place is still a violation of NLR. You died within close proximity of your base 5 times, within the district 6 times, and had weapons out for at least 4 of those deaths. That disproves your claim of coming back without weapons. You've also been recently verbal'd for NLR in a very similar situation so you should've already known what you did isn't allowed. You've been previously warned/educated on this punishment in this exact situation already, you've lied in your appeal, and the logs clearly show you breaking NLR multiple times. Frieza, The Ultimate Waifu Posted August 31 Author Share Posted August 31 (edited) I can admit when I screwed up and I realize I misunderstood a rule, that warning was not for a similar situation and that was before I ever read the rules. After the warning I went and read the rules to make sure I understood what to do and not do. In no way was I intentionally lying in my appeal. When I spawn in the first thing I do is re-equip everything. If I had accidentally walked out with my gun out that was not intended. I tried to have my medkit out each time and the only time I recall shooting at them, other than when the raid started, was with the sniper rifle and that was intentional of me. I have put several hours onto this server and very much try my hardest to obey the rules to the tee. If you read the rules as you claimed then you would have had in incling that you are not to go back, and if you are going to the same district as your base you are to be on the other side and in no way interfering with the raid or interacting with the raiders. You already have a verbal for this 'NLR, RDM | Died while intefering with raid, then Revenged RDM'd So this makes it very hard to believe your claim here. What makes matters worse is you admitting to RRDMing the raider after already breaking NLR. Your defense is not valid as returning to the same area to "spectate the raid" is explicitly prohibited. In your 9 days of playtime you've only been given 1 verbal. You clearly aren't a person so causes many problems. Based off that I will vote +1 for reduction to warn or 3d ban. The punishment you were given is completely valid, but with whatever happens, use this as a learning moment.
