I misunderstood rules around bloodz vs crips violence (very much so my fault) and killed a few crips thinking gang war was allowed(again my fault) and after i explained that i was told it WAS infact against the rules. Ok no problem at all i am in the wrong. Then he looks at logs and says "you killed 5 people as a civillian" and without even giving me a chance to talk instantly bans me for Mass rdm and NITRP. I can understand the rdm for the bloodz crips killing but the fact the admin just saw the kill log and thought oh yeah this guys just here to minge and not roleplay is completely unreasonable. For the record my kills as a civilian were strictly home defense as a group of people were planting bombs and shooting people in mine and buddies base so i was protecting myself and others in my base. I do not understand the NITRP either because i was not in anyway acting out of line or trying to minge (besides the killing crips as a bloodz which again i take accountability as i did not reread the rules) but i was being respectful and cooperative but the admin did not give me a second to explain myself. Im not upset that i got banned because again i did break the rules and ignorance is not an excuse for breaking rules but the NITRP and other "rdm's" as a citizen were totally out of line and just "assumed". Didn't help that the individual who called the sit was gassing up the admin saying all these things about me being a toxic minge who constantly rdm's and all my buddies are rdming, again with no second thought or looking into just instantly banned me. Anyway thats my story and i hope someone can look into it. I'll accept the reasonable punishment for the bloodz on crips rdm situation but the rest of it is totally unreasonable and was a lazy act of the admin in my eyes. Thanks

heyo, banning staff here, the issue wasn't you killing crips as blood, it was the fact that it was regular people/cc classes

Crips and Bloods are KoS to eachother, but as i wrote above you were killing innocent people

I see, although on my screen all those people were crips? Is there some sort of thing that changes job player models to crips?

Yes, there is a crip cannon.

 

At this point in time its near impossible to confirm whether or not they were model changed due to the type of logs saved and the supposed lack of video evidence. Not to say that you didn't kill people who were modeled as crips, it also looks like in dmg logs you crossfire hit people such as not_me, gumbowl, and nabootheboosh. You do have priors but they are pretty old with nothing on record since last year. I would be down to change it to +1  verbal/warn for ARDM and just leave it at that for now unless there are any clips of like showNLR.

Yeah and again I’m not trying to make myself sound innocent I’m more so emphasizing the lack of explanation and understanding of the situation. Specifically the admin taking time to hear my side and have some communication instead of just taking some randoms word for it and tping me saying yeah you mass rdm’d then insta banning me, because again in my eyes I did nothing wrong. I was a bloods member and shot a bunch of crips (on my screen) then got banned for mass rdm and nitrp without any further explanation or communication on staff’s part. No hate anywhere here more so just wanting clarification and maybe a tip to not just jump straight to bans right away
