This joke comes from her bio on steam being how she does femdom content and foot content for years. Shes changed it now since me and others clowned her for it. Not once before was I asked to stop or leave them alone, wasnt giving a warning or anything. Im not breaking any rules by making a anon calling them a fat loser. This is basic banter and talk on here. I think this t mod is just white knighting. Im quite surprised over this ban too. If this is against the rules calling people fat and loser, ban so many other people then. This is stupid. Im really curious to see how this one goes. That is not "basic banter" as it is personal and direct harassment. The fact that you were not given a verbal warning first does not make the behavior acceptable, especially when the comments were made continuously and anonymously. Regarding the timing: the sit was not timed, it took 10 minutes because the staff handling the report, which was at the time two Trial Moderators and one newly promoted Moderator, needed to review all the evidence and then confirm what is to be done with the guidelines. When the T-Mods channel did not respond, a higher-up was contacted for support. Your prior history includes previous player toxicity incidents, and given the nature of the comments and your record, I had to enforce the maximum penalty. The higher-up who was contacted confirmed that you are a prior staff member. This does not change the evaluation of your behavior but it indicates that you understand the limits of what is acceptable. Bottom Line Up Front: Calling someone a fat loser and mocking their personal content is not banter when it crosses the lines of targeted harassment. I have to agree With Gods Left Testicle here and all this just adds up into some real nasty stuff. Who cares if people sell feet pics. While i do think its slightly over the top, the fact you would go far enough as to join a separate discord and change your name and pfp, then post that is just harassment at that point. I do not care whether the player reporting is female or not, your actions are what got you into this position. While this may not necessarily constitute P-Tox, this is Harassment, you should know this as you are an ex-Smod. It turns out she did make a sit, but the staff members were trying figure out how to handle it. Again you don't need a sit for you to know what you are doing is not banter, if it was just in-game I'd say get thicker skin but joining a separate discord to continue trolling is going overboard.
