Mr. Sir Zapsworth Posted July 29 Share Posted July 29 (edited) Okay, after talking in the discord and having a proxy sit, I have come to the conclusion that you did still MRDM this guy multiple times. You said that you did it cause Mr. Banana said "you sound like a nerd", which in all fairness, doesn't make it better. You shouldn't kill someone based off of what they said, and you definitely shouldn't do it over and over again, turning into a mass targeted killing. Instead, you should've just muted them if it was that deep and moved on with your gameplay. You did however state that you didn't know at the time that you couldn't kill someone for what they said to you. It's not that I don't find this hard to believe, but you do have a prior note from yesterday saying that you were educated on RDM and should have known better/read the rules then not to get a further infraction. I am not going to hold your crash against you, and therefor will remove LTAP, which made this MRDM ban default to the 1 week that I originally gave you. I also am usually somewhat lenient on first time offenders/new players so if we had this sit in game, I also wouldn't have given you a 1 week ban even though anything in mass can end up with that punishment time. I do however feel like it is unfair to Mr. Banana to leave you with just a warn as you did target him over and over again, ruining their RP experience. In conclusion from our talk I gave you two options, I would be more than willing to reduce this to a 3 day ban or we can continue the appeal for your unban which I can post the clips of position logs, our original sit, and game logs. +1 for reduction to 3 day -1 for unban. Please make a reply if you agree or would like to continue the appeal.
