Lets break it down: "idk who you are but I will find out". Sure, you could have been talking about finding out who sent the anon message, but not even 30 sec later you start talking about your view towards staff and about how you supposedly haven't been treated right in the past. The timeline of events does seem like at the time you knew who sent the message, and if that's the case, than you would have known who Crow was in game. But the fact that you use this to preface your statement prior to "and kos you" to me seems like what you really were trying to do your best to loophole an obvious, blatant irl threat. According to steve, you were also talking to crow prior to you saying this, then continue talking to him after with no clear separation that normally people would use when addressing anon specifically. Example: "whoever sent that anon message..."  I understand that you could have been heated based off of the anon message, but by no means was this the way to go about things. I get that some people have an ego that they are trying to protect, but imo, its never that deep. If something like this, in a game, can get you this heated, it might best to take a break in general.

 

Anyways, you do have priors for PTox including irl threats and misusing "kys". Based off of this, you should have known better that these actions could get you in trouble. Both of these actions resulted in your previous 1mo ban that ended barely over a month ago, which with how priors and bans work, this current ban seems fair enough to me.  For these reasons, it's a -1 for appeal until possible further evidence or explanations. 

 

Edit: After reading through the evidence again, and the lack of official logs showing time stamps of things like anon, I don't think it's 100% conclusive that you were targeting Crow in an irl perspective. I do however stand by what I said in my break down that words can get you in trouble and that you should try to be more intentional when speaking (though not required). After reading through some of your responses, it does seem like you might be struggling with some personal things like anger issues. It's just my opinion, but this shouldn't be the space that you lash out on and if you are getting rage baited by basic things like being called a "pussy" by anon, then you should figure out some ways to decompress. That's just my perspective so take it with a grain of salt. Anyways, I will be changing my vote to +1 for ban removal.

Appeal accepted ban will be lifted & removed, changed to a warn.

 

I will forward this to the Admins as they are the only ones who can remove bans, you both need to be in-game at the same time.
