Now i know the MOTD says that even if a rule isn't expressed if a staff member says stop you stop, and also that you should use common sense, but in my defense everyone was talking shit about everyone and the trial mod had said stop with the pedo accusation { I was either not on the server/looking at the chat when they said this}, but in the end i did go to far but i have a lot of time on the server and as far as i know i haven't been banned in the couples years i have been playing on and off and have only had a couple warnings. Who warned/banned you? Making vulgar jokes/responses is fine, but being overly sexual or overly graphic will get you warned and then kicked / banned. is the only thing i have seen that would even slightly encompass what i said, and to make what i said clear as it can be misconstrued/mis understood it wasnt mean as a p3do comment is was meant as a school shooting comment which i know isnt good either but just wanted to get it out there. You waited quite awhile to clarify it wasnt meant as a pedo comment. you didnt mention that in the sit nor did you mention that in your appeal until now after seeing the feedback your getting.... Edit* i also added your connection timestamp to the first response since you being online for the warnings was mentioned. And as for "the others didnt get banned" i was trying to avoid having to ban anyone, the ooc messages were warnings and the gigamute on the other user was more of a "hay im not fucking around cut it out" i understand political talk is a hot topic and i was trying to be lenient to get everyone to cool off and unfortunately the other aspects of that topic have gotten into some disgusting territory. Your message also crossed from accusing political figures that have nothing to do with this server to accusing an entire group of people which some of are users of the server who identify with that political party. And dont get me wrong i am a red blooded American and a proud republican but your actions crossed a line that i had redrawn 3 times in the span of less than 10 minutes. The way in which you said leans more towards a Pedo accusations IMO, regardless that was still not a great thing to say, along with the Diddy comment. You weren't gigamuted like you claimed, seems to me you just keep changing the story.
