New models got added but one I bought prior can't be accessed anymore

I got two new models and all of them work for being selected on my CC except my Kerfur model, which while it says i don't have access to it. It shows up as for sale still in the permissions of CC editor and still says it's mine in the permissions. I have the text that pops up when i try to select it and the receipt attached. If there's some limit, I'm unaware of I'd like to throw a different model under the bus. It was suggested by a staff member on the server I at rubrik but idk how to do that here

The reason you're unable to access this model is because another player already owned it before you. Can you send me something of equal file size to replace it with?
