The failbase warn is because of an invisible prop that extends to the street in front of your base. And as you can see from the screenshot, you've already been told it is not allowed and that you'd have to remove it. I would like @AstralRoses or @Hidden Chaosto confirm this information tho. After you make it all green, you need to right click it again to ghost is all. Then you can save it. You just didn't end up saving it right. I believe this was truly an honest mistake and that you just didn't know you didn't save it right. For this reason I'm +1 for changing warn to note saying that you have been thought how to correctly fix the dupe Also @BiggyI want to make you aware of this report on you.
