dunker, about to raid a person, gets shot and killed by a police officer, he makes a few tickets within the span of 2-5 minutes then decides to come back to continue the raid just before his ticket gets accepted by byonic. 
 

Dunker has admitted fault by saying he did commit NLR, but wishes it either gets removed or moved down to a verbal. 
 

I’d be more inclined to move it down to a verbal seeing how frustrating this situation can be, and his last verbal was back in February of this year. 
 

however, as stated by many others you rushed this and took matters into your own hands so byonic is not in the wrong for giving you a warning rather than a verbal

Yeah like I said I breached the wall and didnt shoot at anyone yet and he just insta killed me. did not try to arrest me

So… breaching the wall is a raiding action, the cop simply counter raided right after although he shouldn’t have shot you but instead should’ve arrested you, he still countered you. 
correct me if I’m wrong here of course, but you immediately returning is still breaking NLR no?

As staff have said yes dont bring matters into your own hands like if a mrdm kills you  domt go back and kill him or "kill other rdmers". however most staff have said and being on the staff team before too knowing this that with nlr it is a little different. In the context of lets say you walk out of spawn and you get rdmed. Obviously youre able to go back as said by others because it wasn't part of a rp action just someone breaking a rule/ NITRP. 

 

For this situation I viewed the cop as countering me and rdm me. So after waiting and pming every staff, with no response I went back in the context of thinking of the situation with returning in nlr like I explained. Things like players breaking nlr to re defend their base have been said to make a sit and ask if you can restart the raid. But the situation I bring up about walking out of spawn or district 1 is a main thing that people used to bring up about NLR. 

 

Like ive said In my eyes I got rdmed, he countered me, broke a rule. So I didnt see an issue going back because of that. Yes if I made a sit the staff would have most likely said I could go back instantly. But they didnt answer and I didnt wanna voteban him for something so small, so I just decided to return myself.

I'm gonna go ahead and deny this. Primarily on the reason of this, you admitted to breaking NLR rather if the police officer should have attempted to arrest you or not under the guise of waiting for more then 5 minutes for staff approval was un-needed. Please givc staff time to reply to your ticket next time and have a blessed day!
