in my opinion he mishandle this sit.

DON’T rush sits, gather all the information and educate/punish. Also don't just take sits to increase your sit count, this isn't a competition.
DON’T ban without giving necessary time for the person to explain themselves. Even if they are Mass RDMing. Everyone has the right to defend themselves.
DON’T issue a punishment without a sit. (i had no idea of who called a sit on me)
DO NOT talk or act immature in a staffing situation. This doesn't mean you can't have fun, but staff should be relatively professional when interacting with players in staffing
Section 2: Common sense and admin conduct

First, let's explore what you do when you didn't witness it:

The RDM'd player calls for an admin in @ chat, so you bring the player to the sit room

  • Did the victim threaten the offenders' life in any way via text?
  • What's the victim's side of the story?
  • Is the offender new to the server or aware of what rules he/she broke?
  • Did said person break NLR as it was a Revenge RDM?
i didnt even know who my victim was cause he refused to bring him.

I'm gonna break this down on a few points here.
First being that imo the sit, however if handled properly through slogs and responding to a report was not handled properly in a staff-to-player interaction. Professionalism should be taken regardless of the sits variables or the person in the sit. That being said, I have done both sides personally when it comes to banning for MRDM, teleported reporters and not teleported reporters if it was MRDM with 5 reporters I would check S-logs and at least explain what the situation is, usually with newer players its blatant and can be dealt with easily. However with returning players its usually easier to read the room, you could have been killing your buddy outside of spawn and RDMed one guy and it would be easy to confuse that with MRDM. In a situation like this its best to at least explain to the person why they are being banned, and at least coordinate that the players reporting were actually killed, in this instance i would TP at least 1 of the reporters.
The compensation thing has easily settled a few of my reports for RDM as well as most players don't truthfully care as long as SOME action is taken.
This sit could and SHOULD have been handled differently IMO, the staff in question should have taken the time to TP at least ONE of the reporters and speak to you as a person instead of a player model in a jail cell. I personally don't think this calls for an outright demote, however i do believe that some retraining on professionalism should take place. Its easy to try and blow through sits but lack of information gathering and conversation leads to a bad look on the staff team.
End note: I am +1 for retrain, focused primarily on professionalism, information gathering, and communication for all parties involved.
end end note: being jailtpd for MRDM with the SBC cannon in hand is funny asf.
