Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? it was immature and against the rules, and I deserved the permanent ban without question. There are no excuses; I violated server policies and spoiled the experience for others. Years have passed since then, and I've entirely outgrown that phase. I quit using cheats, hacks, scripts, and third-party tools in all games a long time ago. I've played legitimately on various GMod servers and communities with no bans or problems afterward. I have absolutely no intention of ever cheating or exploiting again; I've seen how much it harms fair play and community. Who warned/banned you? Unknown / Don't recall the exact staff member (ban was years ago by a staff in a sit). How long were you warned or banned for? Georgio (67th Regiment) Posted March 3 Share Posted March 3 Hello, I believe that a 1 year ban would be sufficient to prove that you no longer intend to cheat, but based on your Steam account you have a game ban recorded from 154 days ago. This is not even half a year, therefore I can't believe with enough confidence that you've had enough time to change. If your appeal is denied I encourage you to come back once you have maintained a clean record for a longer period of time to prove that you don't believe in cheating anymore, I would personally like to see at minimum 1 year from your most recent game ban (so 211 more days, or September 29th, 2026); though this is a personal statement and not indicative of other staffs opinions or our community guidelines. -1 for ban appeal for now. Henchy Posted March 5 Share Posted March 5 You already have 2 cheating bans and the 2nd time you do it it would just be a perma and I don't think waiting less than a year to appeal would get you unbanned. Thanks for taking the time to appeal though, however with your history of cheating based on your steam account and you coming off a 6mo ban then shortly being banned again for cheating I don't think we'd give you a +1 in good faith. I'm gonna go ahead and deny this. Denied.
