spent 2 weeks banned because a staff member failed to update my warns, warn was removed from my record while writing this appeal but now I will just spend another 2 weeks banned if i do reach 25 again.

(DNI IF YOU HAVE NOT READ ENTIRE POST, TLDR AT END) I am appealing my warn/ prior ban for the 25 warn threshold as well as the warn that should have been appealed already. Throughout this current appeal, I will not be defending the original topics that the warn was for as it should have already been appealed? https://forums.titsrp.com/topic/24348-gmodplayer22-warn-appeal/page/3/#comment-170716 . I was warned originally for rdm on the mayor I believe which I then appealed but it was never taken off my record, after that I got another warn and I was banned for 25 warns even though I should have been at 24 because this warn was supposed to be taken off my record, meaning the 25 warn ban was false and I should still be at 24. at the time of writing this appeal the warn was scrubbed and I am back at 24, does this mean that I will spend 2 weeks banned again if i reach 25 again?

Why should you be unwarned/unbanned?

because the staff member failed to remove the original warn from my record which then caused me to receive a 25th warn which got me banned even though I would still be at 24 warns today if the appealed warn was properly processed. at the time of writing this the 25th warn was removed but now when if reach 25 will I have to spend another 2 weeks banned? also the og 25 warn ban is still on my record

at the time of writing this appeal, a staff member online removed the 25th warn from my record. but if i reach 25 warns again, i do not want to spend another 2 weeks banned ontop of whatever i already falsely spent.

tldr: me no ban for 2 week because i shouldnt have had 25 warn in first place, me still have 25 warn ban on record, me need this deleted, me dont wanna spend another 2 week ban if i hit 25 warn again. because i already spend 2 week ban and it was false.

i already spent 2 weeks banned when i shouldnt have because the warn wasnt removed from my record. if i reach 25 warns again i fear that the server will automatically ban me again and ill have to spend 2 weeks banned again.

Im sorry im a little confused here... So you were warned previously and hit the 25 warnings ban of 2 weeks, got back on, have the warn scrubbed off your record and are now asking that if you get another warn you dont want to be banned for it ? 
Just to be clear here, we dont ban people due to hitting a certain warning number, the console does. So if you reach 25 warnings, you get automatically banned.

We can't really prevent you getting banned again but we will remove it and keep the warn if this happens again over a real warn.

Pretty clear you shouldn't have been banned the first time, so I am a +1 to unban when hitting 25 warning and removing current console ban on record.

 

If you do hit 25 active warning again, we will not remove it off your record, we will just unban you.

Yea i see no issue if you get warned again (and if you get banned) having the staff member auto unban you, IF the case could call for it. IE some simple warn, now it would also be up to you to remind the staff member in your next sit if/when you get warned about the issue.
Or we could add a note with a link to this post IF it gets accepted.
