If you own a server, you should always make sure your server has no NSFW material or age check your members if you do Also, yeah you do heavily contradict yourself in that clip, I'm fine to pass it off as you just not remembering it in the moment because that's sure as hell what it looks like. You are claiming that you didn't know his age but yet you said his age.
