Unknowingly dropped dupe before a raiding action took place. Receved warn for fail rp!

I took down my dupe unknowingly BEFORE a raiding action took place.

How long were you warned or banned for?

It was an honest mistake but there was no way I could have known the raider was there. I was intending to leave my base not to kill any raiders or stop damage to props.  I was completely unaware of the raid attempt due to my base being on an upward slope. I never saw the potential raider before I took down my base. They never damaged or broke any props according to the warning moderator.

Honestly. If logs can prove that you nor your team mates damaged the raiders during the raid im down for removal.

That being said you removing your dupe technically benefits the raider...

I was part of the raid. They weren't on doors or anything when the raid happened because a team mate of theres left I think. So it removed them all. However when me and Spys raided them, spys started shooting cattor and shot back. Im pretty sure Spys has a clip of the whole thing which he showed Steve which he can probably provide here. But yeah I dont have any logs or proof. I went in killed Cattor when they started shooting spys and their team mate. Then sbc some ents.

The issue is, i wasted mats just for you to drop dupe

Our team mate left and it took us off doors and we never bought back until after the raid when it was brought to our attention. I DID shoot back at spys but i have screen shots of logs proving it was me firing back only AFTER being shot myself.

I am relatively new to the server and didn't know how to export logs before far too late. so this is all i have my mistake.

Hello Cattor so looking back at this from a distance I would like to express a few concerns of mine. I Was hoping Spy's would drop the clip he showed above sadly with his two responses I haven't seen it yet but will keep a eye out. The video that he shared with me showed intent to raid you, you can see him with a blowtorch going towards the wall to break it, even showing a message he wasn't close enough to a entities to do so then the dupe was deleted. Now the video he did share with me sadly was of low quality and that was the evidence I took a look at and based this warning towards you from. When I pulled you to Sit you were very understand as well as respectable in the sit towards me and spy's told me that if the dupe was deleted and he started raiding you will take fault for that. That's something I believe is a great thing to take the blame and not lie about that or try to hide it you took it head on and owned it. You also told me you defended yourself when he shot you which watching his video I can also back this statement up as well. He even said you got in his way and he shot you then you killed him himself during the clip while watching. Now I wanna cover something that I've talked about before about being respectful. Now during this sit I felt that Spy's was being disrespectful towards Cattor and wanted him punished telling me over game chat while Cattor could hear that he should be warned for the deleting dupe and verbal for defending while not on doors. I did type to him that I will be giving out punishment and he said to me somewhere along the lines of "Just because their your friends don't mean you can give them a verbal." Most of you know that I'm a person who likes to type and rarely talk unless I know or need to talk in the moment. Now I felt that this was a situation that was started to progress out of hand, no matter if Cattor was my friend or not that doesn't mean that we should be favoring anyone just because they are our friend, or even another staff member. Everyone should be treated fairly. I told you that I haven't even told punishments yet and your telling me what I should be punishing them with. Sadly I feel that I shouldn't have said it the way I did but I feel it should have been said as staff members the final punishment is up to us not the opposing person who made the report. Now that I'm not in the heat of the moment and looking at what you said in your post as well as looking over logs. I feel that your warning was unfair and unjust to receive. I think it was a honest mistake and without the logs showing a blowtorched used by Spy's its all up to intent and interpretation from his video and thinking back on the video and how both of you behaved during the sit I feel this should be...

So actually you can see in the log screenshot they started attacking me when I didnt attack them first. Them removing the dupe when spys was mid blowtorch and them not being on doors and killing me let's say is iffy. Let's look at like if youre in a base that you dont own, you cannot defend it. That being said it was cattos dupe. They shot at me defending when I started touching ents when I did not shoot them. Again, not on doors. So why did they feel the need to shoot me when I didnt shoot them? This player also has 9 days player on the server, has been here for a bit, ive seen them around for a while. They should know this. I dont see why the warn shoukd be removed, as well as nothing about them was warned for shooting at me and killing Spy's when they didnt own any doors. Again that part is iffy in rules but I myself did not shoot at them first as you can see in logs. Im pretty sure they can clearly see me and Spy's at the top of their base and Spy's blowtorching. 

 

Either way I dont know why this warn would be removed as it is clear as day what happened. As well as them shooting me when not owning any doors and not getting anything of that in their punishment.

Looking over everything, this honestly seems like a honest mistake, not someone trying to abuse the rules. There isn’t solid proof the dupe was removed to stop a raid or gain an advantage, and the situation overall is kinda unclear. Given the lack of clear evidence and the context provided, I think removing the warn is fair.
