We do aim to educate people, I recommend you read up on ours rules at https://titsrp.com/rules it will have all relevant info you would want. I get seeing others RDMing and wanting to do it yourself, but that still doesn't mean you should do it. All and all I think you should use this week to learn the rules and come back with a different approach. On this server, trial mods have to ask for a ban extension because they can on ban for 1 day maximum. That being said, MassRDM + NITRP default to a week "Mass RDM w/ NITRP: Will default up to a one week ban" If you have proof that shows that you didnt MassRDM then I would be more inclined to +1 for unban but if that isnt the case then I am a -1 for and punishment change unless banning staff says otherwise! I highly recommend that you take this time to look at the rules to get a better understanding on how our server works and what's right and wrong. Just because you see someone else breaking rules, doesn't mean you should too... Just like what Hidden said seeing other people rdm doesn't make it ok for you to rdm. With that being said for the moment I will be -1 for a punishment change.
