Stoicy/TTV Posted July 20, 2016 Share Posted July 20, 2016 Your Steam Name: trev0328 Your ingame name: Stoic Your Steam Profile/SteamID: STEAM_0:0:88704423 Why were you banned?: Exploiting / Lieing to staff Why should you be unbanned?: I did nothing wrong, i was waiting on the hedge for the wizard to come in and exploit because i was in my cousins base and i was telling him im going to call for a staff member if you dont stop. Then nathan appears and i know nathan is going to attempt to report me so i tell him im in my cousins base and i went through the front door so dont worry. After that nathan reports me (of course) and appariently im being spectated by the two staff members that hate me the most on the server. after that im brought to a sit where i keep telling them that i did nothing wrong and that this hole sit is bullshit. Then im banned for 7 days for exploiting / lieing to staff. P.S. I was also up there to put props to block the wizard guy coming in but i had reached my prop limit Evidence: I dident think me being up on the hedge was a huge problem and i would be banned for it so i dident take any screenshots. Nathan has screenshots he can upload of me on the hedge though, near the wizard who wanted to buy the base. Nathan didn't make a ticket, he told me you were going to exploit and I saw you on the edge, I quickly spectated him and watched him exploit. Him being stoic. FedoraWearingScrubLord Posted July 20, 2016 Share Posted July 20, 2016 Look dude one staff member was spectating you not only that but I went to you to see whether or not you were in the base(you were) And you entered the base via the exploit(going onto the hedge and jumping into the base) whether or not it was your base I am not sure but the fact of the matter is that you entered a base via a exploit. You may have been lazy and and just chose to exploit or you were raiding but the fact you were lieing during the sit was ridiculous. One staff member was spectating you not two I clearly stated that " A staff member was spectating you" I merely heard the situation and you had jumped down so I tped to you and right as you jumped down bobo stopped spectating you and brought you. I dont even understand why your making a appeal anyway its pointless or at least in my opinion it is pointless. Stoicy/TTV Posted July 20, 2016 Author Share Posted July 20, 2016 I never entered the base with the exploit I might of fell down but it was Robbie's base which I was added to the door to. if I fell down it was because I was trying to keep the wizard out, stop attempting to lie and make shity excuses claiming I exploited when I did not what so ever. I never jumped on the hedge what so ever unless you mean when I was trying to keep the wizard away from exploiting. Again you lied... I was spectating you. I also want to point out that many of the staff members said that you have been warned multiple times for exploiting. Yes it is you're house but lets say for example, Stoic is getting shot at because of a hit man has a hit. Stoic then runs into the backyard to avoid being shot; that is unfair to the hitman. Although that didn't happen we still consider that a exploit because people can abuse that to prevent things like that. You dont understand i never used the hedge to go inside, i was on the hedge from when i walked in the front door to the back door then i jumped up because the wizard was trying to exploit, you see i never got of the hedge i stayed in the area that i was allowed to stay in. You also know the rules so you know that would be exploiting. You also have got in trouble for doing this exploit before.. You don't "accidentally" fall into the back yard. Why would i exploit for this if ive already got warned for it once, do you seriously think i want to get banned on this server even though i play it 24/7. you cant tell me that youve been on one day without me sense i joined back on the server.
