what happend:

here somone littel clip here you can clearly see the guy tryed to nock / hit somone and when failed runned away so i killed him

 

Support: i was brouhgt in support the Admin Kwis told me he check the logs and banned me without saying anything first at all he didnt told me what i did wrong second he banned me for massrmd i didnt started killing mass people only those who atacked others. So yeah i didnt got any correct support or any chance to proof that i was in my right i told the admin in the support that i have a clip to prove it but he just banned me

 

for every guy i kill i make a clip for proof

Hey man! First I'd like to correct that you were actually banned for 7 days. T-mods can only ban for 1 day so they have to ask for an extension.

Its best not to intervein a scenario like this unless you are involved or if their is a law.

I would like to hear from @Kwis and see his logs from the incident before I can give my vote. Id also like to point out that you only have one prior for RDM that was on December 4th.

If i recall correctly you were in the mayors window sniping for some time, granted a few of the times were you protecting other PD but there were also a few sits called on you for RDM, as well as and i cannot prove this was you due to not checking logs I was getting sniped from that same window just gambling next to fountain moments after you killed me.
I will also wait to see if @Kwis has logs on the situation before casting a final vote

I will be waiting to see what the banning staff member says but i will post this. If you are watching someone try to kill another person and its not self defense then you as a cop have the right to defend that person by either arresting the attacker or putting the person down. I wont vote yet but wanted to say this. 

• Always try to arrest players instead of gunning them down to promote a better RP experience. Use your best judgement when deciding to kill or arrest a criminal. This is a RP server, more RP = better experiences for everyone
  
  Performing any illegal activity may result in consequences such as being arrested or fined. You may even be killed if you are presenting an active threat like assaulting or killing people. Resisting arrest may result in death if you present a threat to an officer. Allowed to fire back if fired upon( goes both ways)

When I checked logs for Genosse Dimitrie he was MRDM he killed innocent people that were not even kidnapping/a threat. Is there a way to check logs back then, I did not export logs.

If you did not export logs then there isn't any evidence to prove that Genosse did in fact Mass RDM. If this ban happened today and you haven't logged off then maybe the logs will still be there but I doubt it. 

If sufficient evidence such as logs & or a clip cant be provided then I am a +1 towards a complete unban due to lack of evidence

Please note that you should ALWAYS export logs whenever banning another player so something like this doesn't happen again!
