I'm here because the mod involved suggested i try an appeal. with that being said i was opening t2's on a rooftop and grav gunning the leftover weapons i have no use for toward the fountain, when suddenly this greasy goblin decided he wants more than all the free weapons I'm giving him and pulls up below me and steals my t2 with his grav gun so after all of the loot was stolen i then RDM him 4+ times. if you ask me he deserved it :p Who warned/banned you? Personally I would have given you the benefit of the doubt and just slap you with a warn, but Madx didn't really operate outside of guidelines unless the kills were extremely spaced apart. I'm gonna be neutral +1/-1 on this for now, since you really only went after one person and only barely scraped what TECHNICALLY qualifies as MRDM. It hurt to ban you catto as you are an integral part of the community and I personally have seen you help out plenty of new players and including myself. However a ticket was put against you and I had to act on it accordingly and as unbiased as possible. Seeing the NLR zone of the kills and kill logs it was technically MRDM (see image below) howver; i 100% agree that there should be some sort of punishment against thievery.. hence why I asked for proof/clips.. That being said you were EXTREMLY respectful during the sit and understood the situation. You are one of my favorite players on the server, but i had to be completely unbiased in the situation to not strike controversy among the players hence the ban. that being said, with the situation of the theft, as well as you being a integral part of the community, regardless of my friendship with you. I think the break you had was enough and that this should be reduced to a warn due to it only being against one person and being RRDM. +1 for ban removal and exchange to R-MRDM warn. Allow me to speak with a higher up to approve the ban removal and hopefully see you back on the server soon!
