I was banned for "harassment" by Spys after sending him a friendly PM. Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? Spys gave me a false ban for harassment. I was in sewers in front of a megabase and Spys was there as well, he was attempting to hit me on the back of the head with what looked like a sandwich Who warned/banned you? Spys How long were you warned or banned for? 3 Day Ban I gave Spys a textbook definition for harassment, and about 1 minute after I did, he banned me. This is extremely unfair due to the fact that I wasn't actually harassing him, harassment is Harassment is treating someone in a hostile way, which I was not doing to Spys, he was also extremely toxic before the sit, and followed me around trying to hit me with something. And i asked you to stop pming me you wouldnt stop, i asked you about 3 or so times. you then went in anon, i told you to stop once more, then in ooc where u began to be toxic by saying things like "waaa waaaa" when i asked you to stop. you have a note on ur profile about harassing me too. I called a sit, asked in admin chat if 1 of the 3 mods on could take my sit. when i asked they all seemed to go afk. so i took my sit after 2 mins of ask. As for me bing toxic before the sit i dont understand. I tried to use a kidnap swep on you because i was going to raid the base u were standing next to and you could give coms to the people defending. I tried to talk in voice chat telling you i could not bring somebody to the sit because they asked. you then said something along the lines of "scared to talk in voicechat now?". Both of you guys have the ability to mute one another and unless there is missing context 3d banning for this is wild. I've seen worse from spys himself, I don't see why this is an issue. To be fair the harassment note regarding you isn't really harassment. I would appreciate if you would stop playing victim because I have multiple clips of you being toxic towards me and there are chatlogs of YOU saying "waa waa" as well. I was not harassing you, the PM's prove that I was just asking questions to how I was harassing you, not to mention you did NOT ask to stop during the time when I said "waa waa". There was no toxicity towards you whatsoever, and I gave you a definition of harassment. It looks to me like my action did not fit said definition so I don't see why you would dish out a 3 day harassment ban. mars Posted November 5, 2025 Author Share Posted November 5, 2025 Again, I have multiple clips of the entire sit and his actions towards me before hand, I would love to have my ban appealed because I really enjoy playing on the server. Not to be rude, but it is very obvious that Spys is playing victim and doesn't actually care about anything harassment-related and holds somewhat of a personal grudge against me. It seems very obvious to me that my prior harassment warn regarding him is false, and so is my 3 day ban. I was not hostile towards Spys in any way, however I have clips of him acting hostile towards me. Spys this is light work man, and as staff we are not supposed to be handling our own "harassment" cases like at all unless there is no other solution, you could have gone to higher ups here. This was not an emergency of extreme toxicity that required your immediate action, it could have waited for someone to be available. We are also expected to have thick skin, and make sure we mute/ignore any light bantering like this. If you can't hear or see their messages then that removes most of the issue.
