"MRDM, He knows better" Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? I did not rdm multiple players rapidly. I did rdm multiple times leading up to a sit but they didnt care and each occasion was spaced out. The player who reported me for one rdm, had forgiven me and told chair to send us back. Who warned/banned you? Also, as a bounty hunter, I can raid any building that has my target in it. Those SBC kills were not MRDMs, because I was raiding and had a target in the building. Its kind of unnecessary to bring those sbc kills forward just now since I didn't do anything wrong and this appeal has nothing to do with that. In our sit I was expecting to get banned, but you looked at my priors and said I wouldn't, which is weird since you banned me after ending the sit. You say I was reported for rdm, so why was I banned for mrdm when no one else reported me or wanted to take action against me? So I need to see logs to verify the MRDM, but you do NOT need more than one person to report you for it to be MRDM. Sidenote that if you choose use an SBC yo hunt down your bounties and you kill other players its just plain RDM. Just to point out if you had killed Chair or the other player in thst sit with that SBC it could've been a ban, i can see you guys were just goofing around but be more careful. I understand that you only need one report for mrdm but the point im trying to make is that the rdms leading up to the sit were just me and other players goofing around, they didn't care and I wasn't out to rdm people. I tried to explain to you and he said quite a few times he wanted a ban, I asked if a simple sorry would suffice since I know how you are and you were just goofing off. I never closed the sit until I had dealt with everything and asked the player if he would press full charges and he said yes. I informed you of the fact this could be a ban several times too which is why I've told you to be careful because I think you are a cool player. I'm personally sorry we've had this complication, as I didn't want to be the one to do it. As for the MRDM I'm pretty sure I told you I looked in logs and saw that you had just been killing without bounties for the past bit, I could be wrong about that, but that's what I remember. Again, I was not out to just blatantly rdm people. I thought you ended the sit because we were sent back and I didn't know he wanted me banned. Based off what I've seen in the past I don't think I should have been banned for MRDM rather I should have faced consequences for the one.
