Why were you banned or warned?

Chud claimed i accused him of being a pedophile for saying he was "glazing" a player who was a minor because he was favoring him. this was not a sexual reference more using the term in the online sense of "glazing" he kept pressing me and saying i was calling him a pedophile and said i never made any such accusations and said he was merely glazing the player, in chuds video clips you will see i followed him asking for his reason for refusing to take my sit for player harassment. given he provides such clips i doubt he will. he had been letting a player who i was warned for "harassing" chase me and harass me night and day and refused to take my sits but took my counterparts. i have a feeling he knows the ban was wrong as instead of fighting my case he simply told me "go debate it on the forums" so here i am. guilty of bothering chud, yes but he banned me for a week for saying he was glazing a player who he was favoring even above staff duties sits etc. no accusations of "pedophilia" or any such things were thrown and if he claims such i ask he provides clips. he merely felt it was his place yes i have quite a few warns but me and my little brother who also plays have been being harassed by the other player day and night fucking with us fishing mocking us both in chat etc and chud refused to do anything, he instead chose to play as a cop and ignore all sits that didnt effect him or the player in question hence why i called it "glazing". i made sit after sit and even asked him ingame to deal with the harassment and he chose to master sword jump away and ignore me.

He says the reason i was banned was for calling him a pedophile. for saying he "glazed" another player. obviously he is too old to know thats a common modern term for favoring one over another. otherwise besides that i will admit i called player chud "chode" and kept following him asking him why he wouldnt take my sits for player harassment.

i would request you ask player/staff chud for his clips of the situation, where you will see what i did was annoying yes, but such things happen when a staff member refuses to take your sit because he favors one player over the other. the harassment gets old, its not harassment when the "harassed" is harassing according to him

I like how you say that I didn't deal with Spizz for "harassing you" for bias towards him, when really on this day he wasn't on the server when you were on. As for the day you did originally report him, I couldn't find sufficient proof of him harassing you in any way, thus i couldn't punish him.

 

For the reason I banned you, I did it because you said it in a way that it was a pedo accusation and you doubled down on it.

Said it in a way? what way derives accusation and what does not? what tone of the word "glazing" implies and does not? indeed spizz was not on that day, as the day i was mentioning was yesterday as previously stated. you refused all sits without taking despite me saying i could prove it and could show you if you checked logs. you just would not, i had to find you ingame and request one as you were the only staff online and were playing as a cop. i ask again in what way did i "say it in a way" that made it an accuastion? i said you were glazing and doubled down that you were glazing. brother this is a common modern term, this does not imply sexual intent. i ask again in what way did i accuse you of being a pedophile, please provide proof. Personally, when Chud told you that Spizz was a minor you should've stopped since at the beginning of the clip you mentioned the "kissing" thing since that was just weird and uncalled for. 

and I'm pretty sure Chud and Spizz don't like each other.

Hey henchy i was an alien. me and my little brother were playing together as aliens and you can check logs and see that, i was talking to another player and smooching them as once again we were aliens. i was loudly going SMOOOOOOOOCH as i kissed people in front of pd, so perhaps you were mistaken? not to accuse you, please again see the fact that he said the reason i have a 1 week ban is for accusing him. can you really honestly say i accused him of being a pedophile? like man i didnt, i said some shitty things perhaps but plain and simple i didnt call him a pedophile

Yeah, I did see that I understand but perhaps just saying that could've brought wrong implications since you did just kind walk up to him and say that. of course, I wasn't in game so I wouldn't know the entire context but I'm just speaking from what I see from the video.

So correct me if I'm wrong based on some logs and what I seen in the clip, you essentially MNLR by returning to PD after being killed constantly, as PD was KoS at the time, then after he told you Spizz was a minor you said "exactly so why are you glazing him"? I wouldn't say you called him one, however it was insinuating in that context, wouldn't you agree?
