First and Foremost, I apologize to the community, I have since corrected my wrongdoings, and I admit, these messages were indeed sent by me, I am truly sorry for what you must witness.

KKStoner has harrased me ever since they retired/I was demoted, I have done nothing to directly slander/insult KKStoner prior to this, they simply dislike me.

Yes, I made NSFW Content Last year, Yes, someone leaked it, It was NOT PUBLICLY AVAILABLE, It was Privated, once someone found it, I removed all posts and traces possible to ensure no one would see it, [Leaking NSFW shit in a server with kids in it is disgusting, at least I kept it away best i could]

Yes the Messages are real, they're in a private discord server which was intended to be 'What happens here stays here' and I left after disagreeing with a member in it [Kone Labie, who was also, ironically banned for accusing Fishinjew]

No, I have not sexually Harrased anyone, any sexual comments/gestures I made to anyone in that server was entirely consensual and cooperative.

KKStoner has leaked all of this about me in a drive to try and take me down, 

I believe this player should recieve absolutely no leniancy whatsoever, they have only had malicious intent behind all of this, All of this was in a directive to slander my name and hurt me for who I am, I do regret what I've done, but that gives KKStoner absolutely no right to publicly leak this in General chat of discord and in-game, as well as spreading this information privately elsewhere.

Secondly this player, as a PREVIOUS STAFF MEMBER Is constantly Propsurfing, MRDMing, with no intention to roleplay.

They have absolutely no desire to be in the community other than to be a Minge, slander names, and devote themselves to Chaos, I've reported this player once Privately in Smods+, I am tired of them getting away with this, as a Previous Senior Moderator, and Retired Staff Member, you of all life should know better.

Just a heads up
My clips that you've posted here have already gotten him a 1 day ban, he was just going to be warned for RDM x1 but he kept going on and on in the sit and kept trying to prop climb in sit-land and Michael Bay (trial-moderator) was just not having it. So these clips aren't exactly relevant for your report but keep them for context and other staff to see.

i was already banned for a day for propsurfing today so theres no reason to double punish, also the thing calling you a sexual harasser is literally something that happened before you took a hiatus, me and several other staff literally said you would get banned if you continued to make comments like "i want a titsrp sex mod so i can bang the whole staff team" among other disgusting things you said which is a real message you sent and admitted to saying in one of your many declined staff apps. So its not a false accusation of sexual harassment its just something i brought up again to cause drama, i do not like you, the things you say publicly vs the things you say privately are inherently conflicting yet you preach to be a redeemed person when i firsthand see that you are a disgusting freak that isnt really true to what they say. ive already talked privately with smods about my drama mongering, i admitted to them that i did it on purpose to make you look bad. and i had stopped since my convos with smod+

 

I think truthfully you shouldve never returned to the server after leaving because you will always be that disgusting gooner freak who made minecraft porn and sexually harassed several staff members. I think any staff member who wasnt staff about 8 months ago should do a bit of research in the staff chats about the kind of stuff this guy was saying before his "reformation" and that i was not the only staff member at the time who had these opinions on this community member. 

 

i will take a drama mongering punishment but i think this guy who claims to be a changed person proves himself to be unchanged in a server that was 90% titsrp members saying things that are just truly incredible

I made sexual comments a few times, I assumed the staff were all Adults of Proper age.
We argued back in I believe September-October.
After that argument I had never made a comment after that.
Keep in mind i made that comment, what, twice? Yes! It was wrong, weird, and disgusting!

Does that truly justify you slandering my name? Does your belief of who I am justify hurting My name, and making these heavy comments on what was simply a bad, edgy coomer joke?
It's not like I was in the staff dms trying to intiate a sexual conversation, I said it because at the time, I thought it was funny, it wasn't, it was gross and weird, I also said this, In game, In OOC, In retaliation as I was chewed out for a more minor sexual comment [I believe something to do with masturbation] While others were talking about Raping eachother in OOC, I was wrong for that, I always will be, It wont justify these slanderous accusations.

I struggle with Lust, with Sex and the whole stage, I always have.

I am not a Perfect Human Being, I preach Love and Forgiveness, I preach Repentance and Honesty, I have done nothing but that, I will always admit my guilt to my wrongdoings, No Christian is perfect, Expecting that of me just because im Religious is ignorant and honestly sad.

I still struggle, I can admit that even now I do struggle with alot of things, and at the very least I try.

However, you should've kept all of this hate to yourself, And you had not stopped, as you did it TODAY, IN ANON, AFTER THE 5TH TIME OF ME ASKING YOU TO STOP + RECIEVING A TIMEOUT IN DISCORD FOR IT.
I made wrong sexual comments and since then have changed, I have failed time and time again, And I will always try my hardest to be a better person

you were incredibly hesistant to make this report, i had to push you like umm 6 times now to finally report me on forums instead of complaining to staff privately, and yes every staff member you have talked to has talked to me telling me to stop my smear campaign. And i always tell the staff members to tell you one thing "make a forums report" which you didnt until you finally cracked, which just proves your whole "i dont care about my image" thing wrong, you didnt want to publicly admit on a forums post that you cant help yourself from being a disgusting gooner. but this is all ill have to say in your offense before it becomes further drama mongering

Harassing somebody over and over again, EVEN for things they have done, is still harrasment. Double punishment should be valid. Constant Personal attacks on people for their way of life, in OOC and Dm`s shouldnt be tolerated.

We dont ban players for this. if the harassed is arguing with the harasser, we just say "block the harasser" and move on and then it falls upon the harasser if they push it beyond that if the harassed has made an actual effort THEMSELVES to ignore the harasser, but truly all i did was make backhanded comments and send screenshots of his messages and delete them right after in titsrp general and he would argue back and forth with me. I didnt see any blocking going on, only arguing fueling the drama more, like yeah dont get me wrong i was ABSOLUTELY doing that to get a rise out of him, but on titsrp if you fuel the harassment more by arguing and shit talking back you are no better than the harasser themselves. And with that going back to the pedophile accusation i received from the player Minshi of someone who i havent really ever talked to saying "it was a rumor they heard" with the other person present with him when minshi said it being sanzu, im only one to assume that sanzu himself was also "spreading rumors" about me (although its plausibly deniable i am to believe sanzu and minshi ARE indeed friends) and i do not have any other beef with any other community members so i can narrow it down to assume that sanzu is the creator of this rumor

But that being said i almost lost track, at least the time ive been here we dont really see this stuff as harassment if the person being "harassed" is actively replying to the "harasser" to fuel the argument more it kinda ruins the whole "being a victim" aspect of it if you are fueling the argument further, and its an even worse look if your FRIENDS are perpetuating rumors about the person that you have beef with.
