Booted up the game for 1 hour and got myself banned. I was not cheating. Sure there is a history of cheating bans, but that doesn't mean I'm cheating now. All the cheating bans I had before I had admitted to or gotten myself banned on purpose with using lua injectors. I wouldn't start lying about it now. The way I was banned, I had 0 messages about this, there was no sit, I had 0 chance to defend myself at the time. Just woke up and I'm banned. Kind of a shitty way to go about it, especially with the lack of evidence. Which I have yet to see, what clips are there to refute. I asked for them and didn't receive any, so I'm left to post all of the hour of footage I have from that day. And if necessary I can post more footage from the previous sessions I had in the rdm zone, or footage from other FPS games I play if it helps prove my case. Anyways heres the footage:

I don't understand why you are banned as I watched the entire pov you submitted and this is not cheating. I also am confused on what evidence they banned you for cheating? You are a long-time player who logs on shortly to play RDM zone and thats it. It has been common knowledge that if there isn't 100% proof if a player is cheating to send the evidence to SMOD or Admin chat for further opinions. This helps to avoid situations like this.

In the video he posted, there is no clear evidence that looks like he was cheating in any way. Like others said, you are a long-time player who just gets on to RDM zone and that's about all I see from you. I'm also really interested to see any ACTUAL evidence of him "cheating" cause from the looks of his 1 hour of footage there was nothing there to pin cheating on him like that. It does feel a little insane to insta ban without the input of everyone that is high enough rank to view it and not JUST the admin team. To put it simple, from his 1 hour of footage there is no clear evidence of him cheating at all so I am +1  for an unban.

the admin team was never involved. the discussion took place in a seperate discord to titsrp with from what i can tell several non-staff members, a mod, and a smod, and from what ive been told the smod said there was not concrete enough evidence and f___ banned anyways. it is very insane the lack of any discussion at all in staff chats.

I had been provided the video that you posted here. I watched about 30-40 minutes of the video at different times throughout it.

 

While watching it I noticed that your aim would go from being average to very unnatural like, especially when you'd aim down sights, you'd go from missing multiple shots around the person to being able to aim straight at them and rotate around them. While yes someone who is versed in FPS games can get accuracy like this it isn't normally inconsistent as you are in this video. 

 

There is also moments in this when you're not in RDM zone and bhopping around. There's moments where you try to bhop and miss the first or second jump then all of a sudden you're abled to hit 12-13 jumps with perfect timing and even crouching while doing it, this is inconsistent and doesn't match up, just being able to do perfect bhops while before you were unable. 

 

While for a normal player we could give them the benefit of the doubt for it and assume they are legit in your case I assumed the opposite because of your history. You have admitted to cheating on the server and have another anti-cheat ban. You have a VAC ban on your steam profile and a large amount of comments on your profile from players accusing you of cheating. You have cheated on the TitsRP Minecraft and & Rust server before when they existed. Why would I look at this video with the unnatural gameplay and assume you have changed for the better when you have a extensive history of cheating in the past?

 

And for the other staff, as for why I didn't bring it up for discussion with the other staff? To be completely honest I couldn't trust the ones who are friends with Hammy to not be biased and to defend him from not being banned for something that looks fairly obvious to me, such as they are doing in this post.
