Ok. first off, I did RDM the dude in a sit, However, this guy has been harassing me for the past hour, and he came into my base where I was with my friends RP'ing as serial kill and my friends were cultists. My friends get put in handcuffs for having their bludgeon out and I shoot the cop, the cops name is the little man child Sandwich man. after I shoot the cop I revive him and then he turns away and I bludgeon him to kidnap him (as a serial killer) then as he gets up he calls staff and gets tp'ed away for RDM. Now this is just bullshit because it ruins the RP. Then this guy proceeds to ask why I killed him, I said "You were arresting my friend" and he said "Well you didn't have any RP relationship with him" (Fucking Nerd Voice) And I went off and I said , If you care about RP so much then let me finish mine and I shoot him in the face in the sit, then I get the XP from the kill as if it were in RP which is just me being pissed, as the dude was harrassing me. Then staff dude Danny was chill and said it was a 3-day and I was like ok then man child gets teleported back and says "I wanna watch it so bad im litterally jerking off to this hahaha" and I say fuck you you're a piece of shit, i'm leaving, and so I did. For starters, I wouldn't appeal this shit normally as I don't care that much, I just want to see that little man child when he realizes i'm back after less than 3 days. I have quite a bit of playtime on the server, I didn't just come to troll and dick off, but people like that ruin the server and I think that the staff should listen more to both sides of the story, instead of the guy who spent hundreds of his mothers dollars on the server and gets special treatment for it. There was clear favoritism happening here and I was on the butt end of it. I think this ban is completely unjust and i'm sure ANY LOGICAL PERSON would agree.

Hello.
I watched the entire sit.

You shot the cop because your friend was arrested, that's IRDM and FailRp since you aren't in a party, you revived him for some reason, then kidnapped him, he called a sit for RDM [since you did technecially kill him] then you proceeded to shoot him IN the sit, killing him again, [IRDMx2] then left in the sit [LTAP]
This was an obvious 7 day ban, wait it out bud.

Interesting you quote that @Sanzu Zahard,  It was not technically RDM as you call it, it was in a KOS base,  and he had no reason to come randomly arrest people without getting shot, party or not, that isn't against the rules to shoot a cop in a KOS base. This is what the fuck I mean when I say you guys do not bother to hear both stories before coming to a verdict.
It's thoroughly states in the staff guidelines
DO listen to both sides of an admin sit and use logs to your advantage
And for senzu, DO ask for admin/mod help if you're unsure what to do or how to punish people

And for FailRP, there was no real reason for him to be there. It was in a KOS base, as stated earlier, he came in and started arresting people randomly without saying a word, sounds more to me like he is ROSA'ing (Random On Sight Arresting). Not RP if he does that, therefore not failing it. and AS STATED, he was harrassing me for about an hour at this point, calling sits on me for whatever he could. Including and not limited to him being a terrorist, killing me, then I go back to where I was to fish with my friends. This is NOT NLR BREAKING as stated in the rules. (titsRP.com/rules)

Going back to the road you died on to a hitman to see your friends ALLOWED
Going back to the road you died on to a hitman to kill the hitman NOT ALLOWED
And earlier I admitted to shotting him in the sit, that needs no clarification. I don't take back the shot as those 9xp points from it was well worth it.
Therefore, this sums up that the only real rule breaking besides killing him in a sit, was player harassment, ROSAx2, and FailRP for him calling staff when no rules were broken, interrupting RP and stopping it as a whole (The RP he cares sooo much about btw).

KOS Signs arent enforced, No Loitering Signs are, as well as you need to give them five seconds before leaving., Even if you are perfectly innocent and the entire sit was false you did still IRDM in a sit and LTAP which could extend into the 7 day ban you were given, there's no real way you can explain that.

I believe 7 days for this ban is a bit over the top considering it was just a frustrating kill and ltap. Ltap doesn't add anything to bans but just helps staff makes the decision to ban most of the time. The ban is clearly valid though as you did admit to doing this. I would be slightly more lenient and say +1 for a ban reduction of 2 days.

 

This would make your ban a 5 day ban instead of a week for a single IRDM in a sit.

I understand why you were given a 7-day ban ,but honestly it was based on your poor decisions.

 

But I also understand your frustration and believe you should have been given a lower sentence if you explained yourself through instead of just making the situation worse 

 

Just a reminder you could also mute players by pressing tab and hovering over the user in question and tap their name to bring up a few options 

 

or by the e menue when hou look at a player
