When you buy a workshop weapon, nothing is changed from a default CSS weapon besides the viewmodel of the weapon and the sounds. That is it. So yes

but its  a cw so i can change rounds and teh sights and teh foregrips

No, only the view model and sounds come with the gun. Anything that is special or requires a different base is not added in.
