Hi , i was having some fun, no one called a sit or complained, in fact they asked for me to be let go.

I never got an actual sit either. I was tp’d, no one said anything, i asked to explain my case and a lawyer and they gigamuted me for 30 mins. I didnt say any bad words or nothing

Who warned/banned you?

How long were you warned or banned for?

A week

No sit took place and i got gigamuted for nothing

Personally under the assumption that if nobody calls a sit on somebody mass'ing, and they're at least somewhat community members, they shouldn't be banned for just being silly in the community. 

Or at least a ban of a full week.

That actually reminds me, during the sit mr jgpapi had made the tmod tp to him and for him to do the ban. Then he said scratch that and just banned me himself. Idk if that was some sort of instructional sit or whatever but ngl it was not up to standard of sit guidelines

"extended to 1w for Kert l MRDM" So the Tmod in question was Kert, were you killing a group or someone repeatedly that was ok with it?

Hi there Henchy, Kert did not actually take my sit, it was Jg who tp’d me and JG who chatted to me and gigamuted me. He told kert to come to him and for him to ban. Im not sure if kert banned me first then jgpapi extended or if he simply just banned me with the “extend” as the reason.

 

 

i was having fun with the community, it would be limited to the group who came to fountain for free feet pics I also went back and forth with a group of cops who thought it fun to have a deathmatch  hope that helps

Thank you for the thorough explanation, if the parties involved were ok with the death match and feet pics then I see no reason as to you why you should be banned. Also is there an exact reason as to why you were muted during the sit?

I was honestly quite confused as I did not say any bad words slurs of any nature. I only asked in chat, please let me explain my situation and to bring my lawyer as a joke. But nothing offensive was said before i got slammed with a 30 minute gigamute which I found confusing as the staff did not talk to me before doing so. Then they proceeded to ban me

Hello, I'm the admin who banned you. So first off you killed me twice and the tmod in questioned due to you massing. You also had previous encounterments with the Tmod that I asked to tp me pior to you killing them, the tmod explained to me that you were purposely trying to get ban for some reason . You also then started to spam inside the OOC chat saying "its been fun guys" and asking for help multiple times, I then muted you for 30 minutes due the spamming then proceeded to have the trial mod ban you for mass. You killed not only me, the trail mod, but you killed 3 to 4 other people prior to that which resulted to you getting ban.

Hi there Jgpapi, i disagree that I was spamming. I was responding to ooc where people were messaging about and to me and I was responding at the same frequency. Please provide chat logs to show the spam . Also in the sit, u said i killed u after you resurrected me. So how did i kill you multiple times?  Its fine have a different opinion but please dont lie much appreciated 

 

also, my interactions with said tmod were from another day. It had nothing to do with that situation nor did i get in trouble with the tmod the day prior. I didnt know staff started to lump together days of history for a single sit

You murdered me twice. No reason to lie. You were spamming in OOC and it looked as if someone who was gonna get ban, at a desperate attempt to annoy the admin more. Spamming in chat or mic spamming. so I muted you to just prevent that from furthering. Either way you got ban due to you massing. I don't believe you should get your ban lifted, you know the rules and still decided to break them. Wait the week and try again next time.
