He said he was killing all the bloods and there was at the time more than 10 crips and bloods spawnkilling each other so im assuming he killed more than 3 people
he said he didnt do a party bind while he was a cc because he had "party affiliation" which is cleary not a thing in the rules. Only job affiliation is

During the time u vote banned me for IRDM if im correct being in a party with a crips leader u are an "affiliate" to the crips and that makes bloodz KOS if u need the clip of me being in the party i can show it, if i am wrong about this i am fine with taking a ban but from what i have been told it was fine and it isnt against the rules

You are not affiliated with a job unless you are the same job/ job group ie: crips, mafia members and leader, hobos. It states this very clearly in the rules. 

Any group-operating job may assist their fellow job mates without warning if they are threatened

Well if ur gonna ban be cause of something i was told then ban me, seeing as ur friends with piklas i dont think it is fair that u can say to unban him or ban a person he is reporting  but, its what ever

Why would you think being in the party with the opposite gangs leader would make you an affiliate. Your job description is to kill the opposing gang. Like Terry said the only way to be affiliated is by being the same job because how would anyone else know you are affiliated by party without checking?

all im saying is there was alot of killing as it was a gang war. and it was very noticeable it was happening so if you ran out thats your fault. You knew there was opposing gangs fighting and knew there was bullets flying EVERYWHERE. you knew the risk and took it just becuase you die knowing you more then likely will doesnt mean you can just call RDM. (I was the crip leader he was in the party with)

Also heres a clip of Spys doing it twice to me and you can see in the killfeed hes killing bloods on sight (you can tell by the job color)

 

Its clearly outlined at the top of the party rules that you are not automatically affiliated, nothing to do with a "hivemind" or bias. read the rules so you dont mass rdm

With the video evidence I can see the clear state of the RDM. Make sure if you are unsure about a rule to ask someone who isn't a brand new first time staff in the future, the answer will probably be a lot more concise that way. Yes, you would assume staff would know but the player you asked is also brand new to the server. 

 

I am +1 for a 3 day ban because you committed FailRP as you clearly cannot be job affiliated with the crips just because the leader is in your party. Then you killed Piklas twice during this which is RDMx2.
