Good job. You provided clips that do not show any sort of proof that we were "harassing" you. As far as I'm aware you were arrested for valid reasons.

Clip 1 shows you being arrested for disturbing the peace (via micspam/ yelling) seeing as you dont have your mic audio in any of the clips there is no evidence against this.

Clip 2 and 3 shows you being arrested for being in a group of 3, clip 2 clearly shows you in a group of 3 and given that you have the 3rd clip cut short at the beginning it is impossible to tell if you were or weren't,

The last clip is nearly 2 minutes of the players you reported actively not being near you(aside from when you go to them or when they respawn and are at spawn) and then them being near where are for 10 seconds then them walking away without interacting further.

It would be much more helpful if you didn't trim your clips so short (which the forums tells you not to do)

All in all im confused as to what you think this "evidence" proves other than video of you being validly arrested by people you claim dislike you and 2 minutes of you sitting in suburbs, -1 for any punishment

I'm a bit confused by these clips. The last clip shows them going a different direction from you until the very end where they just find you. Its hard to draw conclusions from that because beach was AOS at the time so maybe they were just going there to check it and that was the path they took. In all the clips your voice was muted so it is hard to tell if you were screaming at the top of your lungs. Did you happen to be mic spamming again as your CC and that's why you muted your voice? All the clips were cut short and don't show the previous 30 seconds for context. In my opinion this does not show player targeting.

The first clip I’m gonna assume is a valid reason to be arrested as your microphone wasn’t recorded, thus cannot prove that the arrest is false.

However the other 3 seem to be suspicious because in the second clip, they only appear to have cuffed Darken and not the others in the so called “group of 3” (the reason he was arrested as shown in the 2nd and 3rd clip). The third clip shows that Darken only passed by a bunch of people and even then they only pursued him to cuff him.

Unlike the other 2, fourth clip is a little suspicious as DarkenDG went to an area where no police would really find someone in said area, however sewers and beach were AOS areas thus makes it why it is not very suspicious and more coincidental.

In short, I believe that DarkenDG has been harassed but the violations appear to only warrant a warn, as Spectate and Agro are not new players.

Neutral leaning to +1 for Player Toxicity/RDA warn

 

Edit: I will have to agree with most of Tene’s points, but I still do think that both Spectate and Agro should be warned but this time it’s only for RDA. I say this because first off, they aren’t new players at all and very well know the server rules, second reason is that Spectate is the one who WANTED Darken thus Agro isn’t the only one who RDA’d him.

-1 for any punishment, you didn’t follow the right format for clips and every clip I checked seemed to be a valid arrest and/or of no value to this report.

i dont see what the final clip is even showing. there is a whole 1 minute 40 where he is basically edging it going from suburbs to fountain, then he runs and hides in a corner and you can literally see in the clip that agro and spectate are jumpswepping into the tunnel from suburbs to beach, and they turn because darken has openmic on which means they can literally hear him. is this a report for wallhacking or what because i dont see how its harassment (in this clip) as they were headed to beach and then turn because this boombox guy has his mic on.

first clip your mic audio is muted so im not sure how anyone can make a conclusion on if you were micspamming or not. 2nd clip if you can provide a little time before the arrest takes place (30seconds) thatd be great. 3rd clip from what i can tell is just straight up RDA.

As for the actual report reason, I don't see how this is harassment at all, at the very most is player targetting but DarkenDG says himself that these 4 clips (that total to about 40seconds worth of actual content) took place over the span of 1-2 hours.

I don't see how this can fall under harassment or even player targetting if there are only 3 arrests in 2 hours, is he saying he was the ONLY person arrested by these guys in a 2hour period, and it was only 3 arrests? Just seems so silly to even try and play victim for harassment over 3 arrests in a 1-2 hour timespan

Stalking and harassment is when someone repeatedly behaves in a way that makes you feel scared, distressed or threatened. If this unwanted behaviour happens two times or more, it may be a crime and you can report it to us.

The only rulebreak I can see (so far unless Darken can provide a little extra on clip 2) is RDA from Agro, which is because he walked past a group of people instead of being in a group of people. This law is just dumb and i dont know why we allow it to exist because its impossible to enforce from a cop perspective (What classes as being in a group vs near one)  and a staff perspective (Hi do you have a clip of yourself NOT being near 3 other people?!).

Looking at Agro's warns he has none that are Cop related for over 3 years so I'd be fine to verbal since its a weird law grey area (we should just ban this law existing)
+1 for verbal warn on Agro for RDA - if extended footage of clip 2 shows that it is also an RDA I'd be fine with bumping this to a warn and banning that law from existing for the difficulties stated prior
-1 for any punishment on Spectate
-1 for any punishment relating to harassment or player targetting on either player

The 2 and 3 shows me WALKING PASS A GROUP of people and I'm the only one arrested so that is clear targeting

And the last clip was me trying to prove that they are following me and in the clip I hid behind a trash can to see if they follow me and after entering they area and both of them come after me and the moment they see Im not in the tunnel they leave to the area im going to ( you could say that they were going to check beach for anyone but they didnt they just followed me more)

and for those the fist one was me next to no one except the hobo so that was false the 2 & 3 i walked past a group not loitering and those groups didnt get arrested as well so those 2 where targeting me

Others were arrested for the same reasoning (being in a group of 3+) you were not the only one. You cry targeting but yet most of your arrests are for valid reasons and you were also not the only one getting arrested so this makes no sense to me.
