not only that he committed stealing which he gave back but i killed him because he stole it in the first place

i couldn't get the logs in time but i have evidence from other mouths considering the voteban was so fast i couldn't gather the logs at the time of what occurred when he stole from my crafting bench

the reason he votebanned me was for rdm and nitrp but i was putting goon chunks in and once he gave it back i shot him to get him out of the base, considering it was action of theft of my items am i allowed to kill on this or no? i just wanna know for future reference

sometimes people let votebans go through without seeing the actions happening and since there was so many people on i think they all assumed that it was true considering the situation happened differently and in a area where no one was so idk why they all voted yes on it
