I chimed in and said something about it being gay in which he responded with a votekick on me. It was successful so when i rejoined i votekicked him and put the reason as being gay / vote abuse. When he came back he vote banned me and it was successful. I was not the only one he was doing this to. Looking at the database I see only 3 successful votebans by him, all seem to be for valid reasons. In his voteban against me , which was (mass RDA + racism), where in any of my messages or logs do you see me arresting anyone or being racist. I was not even in the server for more than 10 minutes nor did i even pick a cop job. You only see he was vote banned for " being gay" and not the vote abuse portion ? Did you not finish reading lmao? I think it's safe to say thats probably your buddy. Look over his actual chat logs and his votekicks / bans and you can easily see he is being a troll.
