if someone gives u access to cc items they can revoke permissions and take it away 

if u buy cc items and it gets removed u dont get a refund

if someones on ur cc they can use all the models u own

Players cannot revoke access to cc items on their own once it's given to you or purchased via the CC editor. Only if they go inactive. You would lose access until they come back. You are correct though that if you are "gifted" permissions, you do not get a refund. Also if someone else purchases the weapon/model after they go inactive you would lose access to it until the new owner goes inactive and if/when it's restored by the guy that gave it to you.
