nomally i put it in a transport crate but i seen other meth cooks give there product too other players too get a taste and its in a little wrapper

dont use packing tables and just press e on the frozen tray and itll give you bags which you can inventory

In addition to what KKStoner said, you can use the inventory pickup tool on the bags to store them for later, sell them on the marketplace, or trade them with players directly.
