Report on valmira (formerly tsul) in regards with pedophile accusations.

So in response to this clip where Valmira is killing him, the video has clearly been edited. One of the players had their mic muted in the clip to cover what they were saying(just would like to add). The whole reason he was killed was solely off the fact that one of them killed Valmira's party member That’s the whole reason why Valmira killed them. (since they were also in the same party). You can also see that they zoomed in the clip to hide the fact that they were partied, just for clarification. ~ valmiras response due to him not being home and not being able to log into his steam account via the forums

I took the clip, my clipping software doesn't record my mic because it was configured to the wrong mic. You can quite clearly see in the clip that we weren't partied (no rings underneath characters). The WHOLE POINT of the video was that your squad were harassing us and riding the line with the pedo allegations, it was to show you guys minging us. And Bro, you're already done. The evidence against you for leaking pictures of a minor is crystal clear. I zoomed in the clip to hide my discord overlay since I do not want to give you people access to my discord. I could NOT care less about the RDM, the point is the total minge and disrespect. These are serious allegations, and they are seriously false, as has been proven. Faking those kinds of allegations is dangerous, and deserves to have serious consequences.

That isn’t what this report is about, the video was to demonstrate the harassment taken place while we play. 
The video is not clipped, my teammate has his hud slammed in the corner of his screen. Besides if we were in a party, there would be a ring underneath my player model. 
this report is about the false accusations, harassment, both of you spreading a photo of myself as a minor, and now false evidence that has surfaced. Not a case of RDM

Surely, all evidence possibly required for some kind of resolution is here. It should be crystal clear; I really hope this case hasn't been dropped.

After going through all the evidence and discussion with fellow staff I confirm this entire report is a mess. 

 

So going off of what this initial report was made for which is for the pedo  accusation and ignoring everything else that has come up in the back and fourth arguments. The in game screen shot is pretty clear accusation.

 

The evidence provided on both sides is hard to deal with due to the fact of the mass deletion of messages and context removed from both sides. Seeing as most of the messages happened outside of our scope of moderation there's not much we can do for, that's in your hands to deal with with either blocking the person or reporting them to Discord directly.  

 

Going off of this and votes from other vote from staff in this report I will be going forward with punishing valmira according to the punishment guidelines.
