If anything this footage shows you're a sore winner, and if you think that was deserving of an NLR warn then I genuinely believe you take this server too seriously. It is clear in this video I was not going to do anything to stop you from raiding, and yet you still warned me afterward.

I forgot to add, but is this suppose to be a ban appeal and report? Because it seems like you are trying to report jmichael v football for raiding you and reporting you?

Whatever you would like to consider it, I'm just providing evidence on how staff pick and choose who to punish and who not to, and how the person responsible for majority of my warns is let of easy everytime or the staff that he's friends with won't take his opposers sits.

So you need to make a report if you want to get someone punished for something not a forums appeal. The issue is the people you are reporting are not being let off easy, it’s just a majority of the time it’s their first time doing a rule break like that. Unlike you who has multiple multiple rdm failrp and nlr warns. You have numerous other notes meaning you were given the same chances they are being given.

This appeal was very hard to follow and most of it felt like an attempt to report Jmichael, 

You were banned for hitting the warn limit, but you did not detail an instance that you were warned that you should not of been. 

I'm not sure that playing the new player card is available to you either, you have played just under 250 hours in the past four weeks, these "mistakes" are not excusable by a player with that much time on the server in my opinion. 

If you have an issue with a player and a staff member will not take your sit, feel free to make a report on the forums!

At the end of the day, I think you should wait this ban out and in the future continue to keep up with the rules and try your best to have fun on the server. -1

I gave you alot of chances that night i gave you a verbal for unpasting dupe during a raid and it was proven to be accident and after the first sit I told you not to argue in OOC about the sit that it was already taken care of and sent both of you back 

I come back from getting a glass of water and what do you know you and like 4 other people are just shit talking jMichael so i muted you in chat for 20 minutes and gave you a second verbal 

And then you killed him for placing down deployable shields there's only so many verbals I can give you in a day man 

My piece of advice please read over the rules abit more during the week off
