Most of my warns are genuine accidents or just lack of knowledge. Tits RP is the first DarkRP server I ever actually tried playing. I've owned gmod for over a decade but I never tried DarkRP until Tits. When I first started, I didn't know anything and have slowly learned more of the ins and outs. I didn't realize the severity of some rules, and also was unaware of a lot of them just from seeing others do the same or just not understanding them. Most of my recent warns are from my lack of understanding and I've always apologized and tried to learn from them and I even offer to give people what they lost or give them my ents if it was during a raid. I suffered a traumatic brain injury several years ago and genuinely have a garbage memory, so I try to let it be known. Several of my warns could also be appealed as they were not justified. Ontop of that, I'm pretty sure 80-90% of my warns are from the same player who's been player targeting me the entire week. I said it when I logged on today, he's trying to get me warn banned and it happened. I don't go out of my way to break the rules and I don't take this as seriously as others do, so I'm sorry for the warns I've acquired that are nonsense.

Pretty much this entire week or 2, since I've been back, jmichael v football and his group raid me every 20 minutes for 6-8+ hours. Nonstop. I check console to see how long its been, its literally 20 minutes on the dot almost everytime. There's been about 5-10 situations where jmichael or his group has been in the wrong but nobody will take a sit, then an hour later he gets his sit taken against me. I'm honestly sick of it, doesn't matter what I do on the server, jmichael and his friends will constantly raid/kidnap/harass me regardless where I'm at on the map and there's another 30 people who feel the same. I'm not the type to go make a forum post and upload a video to youtube because jmichael broke nlr but he seems to be that type. I'm getting really sick of making sits before him but then his sits an hour later get taken and I never get justice. All I do is try to help people, and teach new players how to do stuff on the server and all jmichael does is harass noobs and call sits. I'm genuinely curious what kind of environment you guys want to curate, because the entire server wishes jmichael was gone yet here I am banned a week because he blocked the entire sidewalk in front of my base off with deployable shields and thats not considered a raid? jmichael takes advantage of rules that most don't know and rules that need to be changed. I believe accidentally dropping a dupe (with proof) shouldn't dictate a warn, and I feel that deploying shields around someones base should constitute initiating a raid and be considered hostile therefore I shouldn't have an RDM warn.

Majority of the people I play with on the server enjoy playing with me and I try to have a good time and help, I'm sorry for my lack of knowledge as far as the rules go but I'm being targeted by jmichael and it's getting really old.

Also wanted to mention, jmichael threw a holy hand grenade at me in spawn and his friends stole it for him and gave it to him, and the staff (kio) that took the sit didnt warn him because he gave me the gun back, here is proof: 
 

the title is what it is because originally i thought gub gub threw it, but in the sit kio told me jmichael was the one who threw it. I couldve just killed them but i didnt because they threw the nade in spawn and i just wanted my shit back instead of escalate it.

also would like to note the "change jobs during raid" warn happened after I got the "too many voice packets" error and crashed, I saw I was being raided and changed to my CC which I didn't know wasn't allowed and I just forgot I had dc'd until I tried pulling my gun out.

Today I got a warn for RDM because I think violent theft was placing shields around my base, and jmichael was close (not sure if he was placing too) and so I began shooting them because I thought where I was, was within the raid area of my base because of the other day jmichael killing anoc right outside of the base I was in today, here is the video:

Just a headsup going forward: It'd be of great help to the staff team if you merge any new videos into one posts with a description of what occurred within those videos from your PoV. Not trying to be a pain in the keister, but it helps us organize the timeline of events a little more easily.

That's about all I really have as far as clips saved, I didn't think they'd accumulate to a ban and that's on me. I've always tried to make it right with ingame items if I can and I had no idea I had accumulated 15 warns already. I've just recently began actually basing and I'm sorry for all the mishaps, they're not malicious and that's why I try to offer whatever is lost. I am always okay with making things right. At the time of a lot of these warns, I didn't know I was the target of this kind of thing (call sits on every minimal rule break and want me punished, even if I offer to give up all my entities, pay for losses etc.). I now will be saving every encounter with these types.

This is about the only other proof of an appeal for a warn I have, which was before I began recording every moment I play. This was the situation that made me realize I may have to prove my innocence in any situation, even if it's with staff: 

Rubik had asked me if I had been givin viable time to put my name on the door before they raided again and I hadn't seen the post so it was closed, but no I was not given enough time. If you could've seen my POV of this scenario, wanted called me to a sit about not being on the doors, I get a verbal and I get sent back, I immediately mic spam my friend to drop dupe so i can buy the doors, wanted and his raiding party see we drop the dupe and begin raiding, and I kill 1 but wanted kills me. He then has terrry take the sit and I get a warn for defending a base I wasn't on the doors for (which I was in the party and it wasn't malicious, and I believe was a recent rule change?). In logs it shows I was pullled to 2 sits within like 6 minutes of eachother, just an absolute noob to the server being bullied by 2 staff who decided to take a disliking to me.
