Staff misconduct, falsely banning me without following proper staff guidelines.

Under the TitsRP sit guidelines it lists 2 things that are relevant to this report. 

 

DON’T ban without giving necessary time for the person to explain themselves. Even if they are Mass RDMing. Everyone has the right to defend themselves.

   i was given no change to explain myself and he assumed i was guilty right off the bat

 

DON’T rush sits, gather all the information and educate/punish. Also don't just take sits to increase your sit count, this isn't a competition.

  I was banned exactly 11 seconds after being pulled into admin land

 

Breaking these rules or not following them could end in a punishment or demotion.

My problem with this is, if i wasn't recording (99% of players dont record)  my appeal would have denied instantly and i would have been told to fuck off. I believe this staff misconduct partially contributed to my ban. If he had acted properly i would have been able to prove that i did not mass rdm.

The staff in question is a SENIOR MOD
