Harrasment, prop abuse, "NITRP" Why should you be unwarned/unbanned? This is very unfair in my point of view. Me and another player along the lines of Michael something had a little kerfuffle with each other, By the end I was warned for harassments, just from his word with NO video proof what so ever, and THEN the mod taking care of us gives us restraining orders, when I come back from being afk (I was in spawn) I was banned. There was no harassments, No breaking of our restraining orders. And i find NITRp offensive.. i was getting mad kidnaps Who warned/banned you? Multiple Fail base Moments Multiple Prop abuse Moments You constantly kept a Prop door in someone ELSES BASE that you DIDNT OWN after multiple times of being requested for removal You continued to harass that said player for the entire time and even when requested to avoid you failed to do so After spectating and reviewing your base multiple times it has been concluded with myself and another T-Mod that came to give a second opinion after multiple verbal / warns and a restraining order you have failed to follow you received a Temp Ban In Short: Continued Rule Break resulted in your ban. Decent Human Being Posted August 29, 2024 Share Posted August 29, 2024 I was online at the time and can confirm that you and this other player were told multiple times to cut it out. From what I remember you bought like a door inside the building next to spawn that the other guy was living in, then made a pay to pass keypad/fading door at the front door so he couldn't get in. Then you made a shell around the entirety of the building to block off all the windows. I'm pretty sure an Admin came in and told you, you can't do that and removed your props because you were not cooperating. Then you continued to put props in his door multiple times and were given ample warning to cut it out. We got the doors fixed, very accessible. As far as I'm clear. The building as a whole, anyone can do anything [AS LONG AS THEY OWN A DOOR] (edit). I was a serial killer and that is my entrance. If someone wants to help an innocent they can pay the keypad but anyway, Only one door was closed off, this player had full access to his base and had nothing to do with my portion. Tbh its just unfair. I was told to to stay away from this player, no interaction or anything and went back to playing and everything was cool, then I just suddenly get banned being mislead my issue was solved and that I learned. I was genuinely confused on what I could place and not since I owned part of the building AND that the doors were assessable, not blocking I was extremally kind with the situation, I understand my past history is not well but I have genuinely been enjoying the community, as well as the server itself. Note that even if this statement is not accepted I want to say that I have learned from my mistakes as of what happened today, and regret my aggression towards this player even though I was completely in the wrong for my mistakes. I dont have a clipping software but from my point of view, I accidentally pasted it while using the adv2 tool to acctivate it, then was confused so i looked around, then short after i deleted what i had done. keninie Posted August 29, 2024 Author Share Posted August 29, 2024 thank you, it just surprises me really, to my knowledge he provided no clips of me harassing him NEITHER did a mod say they witness this harassment, just going off his word it seems. And I should note to clarify that the shell was a genuine mistake of mine, that was NOT in my intention and i all was doing was clicking the adv tool and got confused.
