I started raiding a base in the suburbs when I noticed Katoon floating above me using vclip to watch the raid from the air. After finishing the raid and coming outside, I saw that Katoon was still floating in the air using vclip, and then he suddenly disappeared. I've been a staff member three times on the server, and each time I was reminded how important it is to be cautious with vclip and never use it in the mainland. This incident completely goes against those guidelines, showing a lack of concern for where vclip is used.

i reacted to a sit he made so i went to him to deal with his prop problem. (if i dont mistake it was regarding a invisible wall infront of his door)
on teleporting i saw there was  a raid in progress that is where i made a mistake.
i pressed my cloak bind (forgetting it is not possible as T-MOD)
i was planning to stay there untill the raid was over and when he came back to deal with his prop issue
during spectating i notice at the end of the raid you looked to me  and straight realize the cloak problem

i have been staff +2y in a other big community  where teleporting to player is normal and most commen for a sit  and where all staff can do cloak  and use it heavy
so im really sorry and i ask to give me a little bit time to adept myself to the standards of the communtiy as staff member

At no time did i cause any advantage to neither party's

This is the type of thing I mentioned in your staff application about conforming to titsrp norms and behaviors. You have been hanging around the server for awhile and you have the expectation to be familiar with the staff standards and you agreed you would be when I voted on your staff app. 

 

As I mentioned before, your prior staffing experience is nice with judgment but use of power needs to IMMEDIATELY fall under our expectations and the expectations of the players of this server. You also had training from an SMOD from this server.

 

In my previous servers, I was also an owner who can spawn things and do whatever, it does not mean when I staff here I may do as I had before. 

 

Unless there was signs an SMOD did not train you properly, this is a +1 for a demotion(updated). You agreed to the terms when we had your vote in and you have breached it already. 
 

I still stand by what i said but after speaking w katoon in text chat discord ill change to strike and retraining

This is a brand new staff member who had never staffed on this server. Our rules are a LOT different on how staff should handle themselves and it seems like a harmless mistake. I don't think he should be demoted and should recieve a strike and a retraining.

 

My best piece of advice DON'T NOCLIP ANYWHERE BESIDES SITLAND AT ALL. Forget you even have noclip. If someone is stuck ask them to use !unstuck and then teleport to them as STAFF ON DUTY JOB and use noclip very quickly to drag them free. Or better yet just use !bring.
