I haven't done anything wrong simply put, I was in a debate about gays and homophobia in ooc chat in Downtown Titsrp and I said "im triggered by 2 men dating," and hex said that "opinions on human rights are not valid" so I responded with "youre ok with a 20 year old dating a 7 year old" was pulled to a sick told i was disgusting and banned within the next 10 minutes of them staring at me in the cage. Not one word other than "you are accusing people." And before you Harpuricle, say that you banned me for saying a slur please referee to your staff notes that if someone is saying a slur, in this case I said "tranny" and people got very interested in me. You never pulled me to a sit telling me to stop saying that, nor did you or any of the other 4 staff on at the time mute me for 30 minutes. Completely disregarding the noted and the guidelines. I haven't accused anyone of anything nor was I toxic in any demeanor towards anyone I was talking to. I came to the table with facts and a valid argument and since mine conflicted with yours you let emotion over come you and the power that you have over me by inflicting with my RP experience. I haven't done anything to accuse anyone, it was a simple question that couldn't quit get answered due to the logic that was argued against me.

Before I say ANYTHING, the fact that you are ex staff, meaning knowing the rules well enough to enforce them, and you still said a word that I have VERY LOUDLY mentioned throughout my time on this server, a word YOU have warned people for (yes, I remember a time when you weren't toxic upfront, in fact, you used to be quite nice) is WILD. The fact that you STILL used the slur here instead of just fucking saying "a slur" or "the t slur" shows that you just really don't care and that's just wild.

 

Now aside from that, I have a video and 3 screenshots documenting the absolute fuckery you spewed all over chat. Several people had told you to stop using the slur. Even the person who I said to "stop repeating him" IMMEDIATELY stopped and said sorry, and we've bumped heads on issues before. The fact that a person I don't necessarily get along with stopped using the slur after realizing it was making me upset, AND he fucking apologized without any argument or further harassment says a lot more about your complete an utter refusal to just drop it and stop antagonizing people. If you had just said the slurs and moved the fuck on, you wouldn't have gotten in such deep shit. But no! You doubled the fuck down and pulled the my comment about human fucking rights into "So you'e okay with a 20 year old dating a 7 year old? Gotcha!" Implying some pretty fucking disgusting shit. In conclusion, I believe that a 3 day ban was a fair length, as this also is a first offense, despite not being new to the server whatsoever.

Dude we’ve banned people for 6mo for less. Hell you’ve banned people for less. I know it’s been a while but you know that rule better than any. If anything you’re lucky the punishment has been reduced, bc you know this would’ve been a shit show last year.

In conclusion, I believe that a 3 day ban was a fair length, as this also is a first offense, despite not being new to the server whatsoever.

Thank you for only showing 30 seconds of the clip that turned out to be a 6 minute sit as well as only the logs that take what me and hex are saying out of context that really helps here, I obviously don't have any clip for this since I have about 30 minutes of playtime in the last 2 months. I also did not accuse anyone of anything as the definition of accuse means "claim that (someone) has done something wrong". Now obviously with the logs and only 30 second and only interaction you had with me of the 6 minute sit we were in with you and the other mod typing back and forth tryin to figure out what to do to make hex happy with the outcome of the sit I did not say hex did anything wrong, in any of the logs since I logged on until you banned me. Highlight where and when I accused him and ill believe it. Until then stay below me lil bro. I also don't care to be unbanned but we can't have this unjust on the staff team.

I do not see a context where saying, "youre ok with a 20 year old dating a 7 year old, gotcha!" wouldn't be a pedo accusation. Staff have the last say on the sit and we do not aim to provide a "favorable" outcome regardless of the person who called the sit.
